Cleanliness not 5 stars because of bugs- Had to kill a spider and there was a fly buzzing around. Staff was super nice. There were no answers to why my dog had the symptoms he had but the vet and nurses were all kind and patient. They treated my dog very well and helped to keep him calm.

I would absolutely recommend Noah’s to others. The staff were friendly, kind, and patient—from my initial phone call with reception staff to the conversations with the nurse and doctor. My pet’s nurse and vet went above and beyond to explain results, medications, and care recommendations. I even called and asked questions based on our dog’s progress, and they were incredibly helpful. I honestly wish we lived closer so we could go to Noah’s as a primary care vet!

I would appreciate actually meeting the vet. The tech was great however Lotus was taken to the back, unable to be seen due to aggression. I want to see the vet at every appointment.

Spent $180 to not have an answer and the vet seemed clueless and wanted to do a bunch a random tests.....would not recommend

The team did a great job for the staff they had on hand. Everyone was kind, helpful and provided thorough explanations. It was a very busy evening and the wait time was 4 to 6 hours with only one doctor on staff. They got us in after two hours and saved our dogs from harm. We are so grateful. The staff went above and beyond with their shirt staff, and kept a positive attitude even with the death of another animal previous to our being seen and handling customers angry at wait times. I would trust them again and referred a friend already.

Staff was great! It seemed like it was understaffed, though. Our dog was seen right away, which was MUCH appreciated since it was an urgent matter. But then we had to wait around four hours to see him or receive an update.

Please employ veterinarians who have confidence that j their auscultation skills. I was told I think your dog has a hear murmur were you ever told that (no and we were just at different er a couple hours ago, and annual vet visit a few weeks ago. Then I was met with oh well I’m not sure the vet tomorrow can check. I appreciate honesty, but if your er vet cannot confidently hear a heart murmur, or at least say the dog is worked up let me try later, how am I to have any confidence in them? Auscultation of heart and lung sounds is basic animal and human medicine and nursing. Needless to say, zero faith in staffs competence regardless of their kindness. They couldn’t answer questions about estimate, and alluded to it would depend on staffing and dogs condition. Happy to say my dogs are ok, I didn’t waste thousands of dollars to hospitalize them with folks who had the confidence of children. Being brutally honest, not trying to be nasty.

The overall care and communication were excellent

I very much appreciate the time taken to figure out what was going on with my cat’s health. I had some very long waits and spent about two and a half hours there, so that seemed long. Everyone was very friendly and caring. I really appreciate getting the lab results emailed to me as well. Thank you for your great service.

Although we had a bit of a long wait the staff continued to communicate with me and keep me up to date. It was just us and one other patient that was being seen but the other patient was critical and its owner was drunk so the staff was tied up with that situation. They really went above and beyond to take care of us even given the situation.

The staff was incredible when we brought our dog in at almost 1am last week. They were understanding, the waiting area had coffee which was much appreciated given the time of day, and they were so patient with our talkative (read - LOUD) dog as they spoke to us about treatment options for her. While I wouldn’t wish having to visit an emergency vet, I couldn’t recommend Noah’s more. They made a scary situation more manageable and I couldn’t appreciate them more.

The care that my dogs received was excellent, as was the customer service from all of the staff. The furniture, walls, and doors could use some TLC.

Location as easy to find and I was able to get right in. The staff didn’t tell me that it was going to be a 2-4 hour wait. I didn’t find out until I overheard them tell another patient that her 4 hour wait was to an end. It was at that point when I asked ( after being there for 2 hours about the wait time) then a nurse came and took my information. At hour 5 the doctor came in and talked with me. Tok my pet to get blood work. She came back after 30 minutes and told me that my pet had ketoacidosis and would not make it through the weekend and basically he had 2 days to live. She suggested he be hospitalized or humanely euthanized. Two days later I took him to his regular vet where they did blood work and didn’t find him to have ketoacidosis. I would have been extremely upset if I chose to euthanized when I didn’t have to. My pet is home and doing well.

Pros: got in fast. They were helpful in filling out the paperwork. The explanation of the emergency was kind of what I was expecting. The price to get in isn’t too bad. Cons: I heard a lot of relationship drama. I heard a lot of bad mouthing pet parents. I heard a lot of sarcasm. The compassion was strongly lacking. When I refused certain care measures I feel like I was ignored after that. I got so so aftercare. Thank god for you tube.

The vet staff were great and very accommodating. I appreciated that they were respectful of my dog’s reactivity by clearing the halls and also allowed him to stay in the room with us while treating him.

I visit 4 different clinics and in all of them the waiting time was more then 4 hours , I arrived to this clinic and they immediately walk me to a room and help the with my puppy , they show me that they actually car about the puppies and animals in general so my experience was amazing appreciate the help and the front staff very professional and helpful thank you so much from me and sai keep it up .

I can’t tell you how wonderful your staff was!! Please buy them a Starbucks or lunch!! They deserve it!!
