Thanks for all your help. Your staff was friendly, patient, and intelligent from the moment we entered. We liked the breakdown of wait times on the wall (which types of cases are higher priority, etc).

The entire staff was understanding, patient and walked me through each step with my pet. I couldn t me more grateful for their honesty and compassion.

That if I bring my dog in for a heat stroke that you not worry about whether my dog is neutered or not!! Didn’t understand some stuff the doctor was saying cause it made no sense when it came to my animal. I feel an emergency vet just wants $$$ Bottom Line.

My pet and I left the facility untreated due to not being able to pay the extremely high amount. This was a weekend night. I attempted to apply for the scratchpay and creditcare, but due to it not being a business day, I was not immediately accepted. There was not a care from your facility. I had to wait until Monday and found Briarcrest Animal Hospital to perform the surgery at 1/4 of your cost. My pet’s uterus was five times larger than it should be. Your facility put filthy money ahead of the care of who you claim you care for. I will not return to your offices, no matter how dire the situation.

Our emergency visit was much quicker than expected. Very friendly and professional staff. My girl was very well take care of. Everyone was fantastic, especially Tosha!

They worked quickly to help me with my emergency with my cat. Despite me being emotional they were helpful and diligent and I’m so incredibly thankful. The surgery went well, they were informative with the following of the surgery, and have been great with aftercare. I’m very happy with how our visit went.

No one wants to have to take their dog to the ER vet at 2 in the morning, but Noah s staff made the whole experience a good one. I was seen in a timely manner and they took great care of my dog! If needed in the future, I will definitely take my dogs there again. Thank you!

I never once seen a vet just the vets assistant and I feel my cats is like my kid and your staff shows no emotions what so ever I have never been so disappointed in a place as I was with this place but I find it funny a vet never meet with me but could reply to my review on Google she had time to do that.i hope it gets better there cause I wouldn t recommend this place what so ever but I am gonna file a complaint to better business burro people need to know how I was treated maybe you guys will change I sure hope so what a disappointment in veterinarian I have been to a couple and you a far the worst so that my option God bless you all

Everything was fine except the three hour wait. It was great to have a tech look at Tildie when we first came in. I wasn t told approximately how long it would be and that might have given me some sense of the wait.

I’m grateful they were there just wish they were a little more information, and the full exam was completed like we was advised. We had to return with in 24 hours, and was given the correct information and some meds to help. We also had to pay two different fees and we know emergency fees are high. lol other than than thanks for being 24 hours

The environment didn’t feel warm and inviting. I felt like we were an inconvenience for them. The front desk staff just wanted to laugh and talk about non-work topics, while the nurse and vet came across like a programmed robot. On another note, All Pet Health Care was great. Their entire team was pleasant, caring, and kind. The mood was very warm and inviting there.

Hi - for some reason when I click a star it doesn t change. You all get all 5 s! For a stressed out cat owner and a sick cat, you really took care of us with care, concern, and empathy. Vera is slowly getting better and she s going to our regular vet for a follow up. I ve already recommended you to someone THANK YOU
