Everyone who works at this facility is absolutely AMAZING and goes WAYYYYYYYY above and beyond!!!! I have had 2 other Vet facilities in the past through moves, etc. and this is by far the best care and treatment I’ve ever received. I would… and do recommend them to everyone. From routine care to emergency, they have always exceeded my expectations!!!

It is a hospital and I was not prepared for the wait. I was only get annual shots. And had an appointment. I had somewhere to be. I ll keep that in mind the next time and go to Caring hands.

I was very impressed with your staff, especially the gal who does the phone triage. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. I’m not pleased with the 4-day pain meds given to my cat with very little explanation. It was not necessary and made her worse.

I came to the emergency vet and waited for 2 hours in a room before someone came in and shut the lights off in my room. I’m assuming I had been forgotten about because I went out to the front desk and within 10 mins someone was in my room. That was extremely frustrating because I was waiting patiently thinking there were more urgent needs ahead of my highly anxious dog dripping blood all over when really we had just been forgot about. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful

This was my first vet visit and I loved it! I thought I would be stressed but I knew my dog would have such great care here. We were able to ask all our questions and things went great! Thank you!

At this location I havevbeen their several times and their is a front desk lady that is very judgy.

Noah’s has always been good to us and my other relatives pets, we always recommend your team when others ask about the best vet in Indianapolis. I am extremely grateful for the care my pets have received. I would like to see an upgrade on thermometers that have probe covers like the Welch Allyn Suretemp thermometers. The one in the exam room just had a paper towel around it.

Wonderful experience! Everyone took their time to explain and make the best decisions for us and our fur baby. Highly recommend and hope we don t need to come back but definitely know where we will go if ever needed again!

Everyone was very friendly. But you needed more people helping in the back office and not front office. We were waiting on a room for close to 3 hours. 245pm to 545 pm on Sat. June 29th.

Very thankful for the care my cat received . She wouldn’t be sitting on my lap now if I hadn’t brought her in .

I received very minimal explanation regarding my pet’s condition. I spent $1,108 only to be told that I need to follow up with the cardiologist. I was informed that bloodwork and chest X-rays would be more affordable at Noah’s compared to the cardiologist, but I didn’t notice much of a price difference. While the staff was very kind and professional, I left feeling disappointed that I spent that amount of money without getting clear answers.

I cannot say enough how incredible the entire team was for my dog s emergency. My dog ate somethings he should not have, and after speaking to the kind gentleman on the phone who works the front desk, I knew to bring him in immediately. Once I arrived, the team was very understanding of my dog s reactivity and immediately took him back to help him vomit. They even cheered when he finally did! They gave me updates throughout, and the vet was so incredibly kind and knowledgable. She took the time to make sure I did not feel guilty, and that I had a plan to prevent this from happening in the future. As I was seated in the waiting room, I was able to see how compassionately the front desk and vet staff was with EVERY patient that came through the doors. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic emergency team so close to home. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.

I fell that our concerns with our dog were not appropriately addressed. Staff was corrected multiple times that our dog was having normal stools, but it continued to be referred to as her having diarrhea/liquid stools. I do not feel a complete exam was even done due to her being scared. No temperature was taken and no rectal exam done to investigate source of bleeding. I will not be returning in the future.

Very happy with our visit. We will return with our other fur babies! Thank you staff!
