The entire process was AMAZING! We had a traumatic situation and the staff could not have been better w/ compassion and communication. The updates were so thorough and everyone from techs to vets took time w/ us to explain every step of the way. I can t give enough stars!

My cat had a blood draw and they did not hold off her leg after wards and her whole inside leg is completely bruised.

My cat received a spot-on diagnosis from Dr. Thomas. I am very happy with her professionalism and thoroughness. I wish I would have been told that 7 to 8 people would be waiting in the parking lot prior to 6pm. Nonetheless, I waited. I waited 2 hours for my cat to be registered. That was ok, I understand that other animals may have been more critical. What upset me was that my cat s blood test were not started until 9:30, the results were ready at 10:30 (still acceptable) but she was not given fluids or meds until 1:24am and we were not released until after 2:25am. I was in your parking lot for 7+ hours. A family came in 4 hours after me (with a noncritical emergency ) and were taken care of and released before me. I work too. I have a time schedule too. My time is important too. It is my hope that your facility will implement a first come, first serve system so that we can all get rest for work. Thank you!

Came in as an emergency visit and it was but 30 seconds once we got off the phone that they rushed out to get my Lucy girl and see what was going on. Everyone was extremely competent and friendly, explained themselves and asked if I had any questions. I felt my dog was in the best hands and they were just as worried about her as I was.

I didn’t go inside due to Covid rules so I am unable to answer some questions. The staff were very nice and dog is hea. Thank you

Not sure what was done to Frankiegee in two days,but to me he is sicker now than when we brought him in to your place,since getting him back home friday,back to large water intake very unresponcey as if totally druged.just like the walking dead.Bad Bad Bad !!

Thank you to the Noah’s team who took care of Yevka - she just came in for a nail trim and because she knows Noah’s setting and staff are so good with her, her anxiety level was low and her nails look pretty:)

On this occasion everything was quick and easy. I usually have a VERY long wait time. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I have not seen the inside of the facility either and can’t comment on the cleanliness.

the wait time was a little long however i know covid affected a lot of businesses and they did their best to keep me updated through the whole process

I waited in my car for 6 hours for a walk-in-which i was honestly okay with because I was worried about my cat. I got my explanation that that couldn’t find anything wrong with him and then I was handed the papers and sent off. When I got home and I read over all of the comments, there were things on the exam that they found that they hadn’t shared with me, and they also had a lot of information about my cat wrong. Stating that he was 5.5 yrs old instead of 1.5 which I had clearly stated in my call ahead. They also had him listed as indoor/outdoor instead of indoor. If there was a reason for all of this they did not discuss it with me. I know most of my frustrations with the situation were not in their control, but it would have been nice to be heard as I was very upset already about my cat being ill. Probably will not return.

I have always trusted Noahs with my pets care. They have taken a bad situation (COVID) and created reasonable alternative methods to wait to be seen. It is much preferable to wait in the car than to wait in a crowded waiting room. Wait times are always very long; however I do understand this is a full service hospital and they have many clients to care for. I wish the wait times could be expedited, but I am pleased with the quality of care.

The Doctor told us that our cat is morbidly obese. But it doesn t appear as if our cat was weighed. Of course we are feeding her less (though we have done this many times over the years and never seems to make a difference, even after 6 months), but it would have been nice to know the weight at which she is currently.

As always, staff was very caring, and doted on my dog. A great office.

I always have a good experience at Noah s and this visit was no different.

I did not see the facilities as I was in the car. But I am sure it was fine based on the kindness of the staff. We appreciate the love and care shown to our boy while he was there.
