I have been a Noah s customer for 15 years, and was extremely disappointed with my/pet s most recent experience. This was my first time back since euthanizing my dog Cali, which carried it s own weight and emotion. Since the euthanasia was handled with kindness and sensitivity, I was shocked about the terrible experience I/my pup went through for a simple wellness check. Exam: Dr. Wright had terrible bed side manner, spent very little time with us, made me muzzle without much of an explanation/reason, and asked me how do you think his teeth look because of the muzzle. It was a useless wellness exam where I felt like I did all of the work. My pup is shy, and NO ONE seemed to be patient or help him along the way except me. Billing: I was overcharged. I was required to put a deposit down which was not added to my bill initially. I was made to feel like it was my fault for the mistake on the vet tech s end. I was eventually refunded for the overcharge. Vet Tech Fran: poor bed side manner as well, however, she just went through a trauma of her own being bit by another dog. It seemed that my dog was being treated as the one who bit her. Her tone of voice was loud and stern at times. Facility: it was uncomfortably hot. I am saddened that my/my pups experience was so upsetting, and I hope that you take this information under consideration and make changes to improve others experiences. Thank you for all that you have done in the past. It is necessary for my family to change veterinarians and only use Noah s for emergency purposes.

When you have a appointment you should not have to wait in the parking lot 30 minutes. Other than that it was fine

I was left in the room waiting for the doctor since the Tech said she may be able to see my dog. After 20 or so minutes I left the room and asked to come back another day. I was told the nurse checked out the wrong dog before us who also had my dogs name and it would be a few minutes. The service has been declining each time I come for service. Very disappointing.

Caring, kind, and efficient staff - our experience was wonderful and we are grateful for the help they provided.

My response to the first two questions is based on the long wait regarding emergency service. I was told that it could be 4-6 hours and it was 5 hours. So, I was forewarned but it doesn t make it any easier when you re concerned about your pet.

It is so very good to have our Noah s up and fully running, again! As usual, everyone was helpful and kind. Cocoa adores you..and so do we!

The wait time when I initially arrived was great. I was there for 7 hours waiting for the results which was a bit much, but I found out one of the machines broke. But I was called and updated about every hour or every other hour. I have also never been to an ER before so I am sure 7 hours is normal. I was just not expecting it. The staff was great though and very nice. The techs and physicians were nice and answered all my questions even when I was a little stressed and asked the same questions. I will definitely recommend the emergency care here to anyone in need.

Wait time was very long. Arrived before 5 and was not done until after 9.

I was referred to this facility by Noah s Geist location. When I arrived I was told it would not be a long wait as my dog was the second pet there. I ended up waiting for 4 hours! Completely unacceptable in my opinion since they told me I needed to wait in the parking lot. I couldn t leave and I couldn t be inside the building with my dog. I was very irritated as this took up my whole day. Then the person who quoted me the price of the bloodwork originally told me it would be $294. When she called me back to get payment she said it was $594. I know I heard her correctly the first time because I repeated it and made note of it. She only said she was sorry if she misspoke. Nothing I could do about it after the bloodwork was completed and I had to pay the higher amount. The prescription that they gave my dog cost me $56 for a 2 week supply. You can get it at Wal-Mart for $9. Again, I was less than pleased. I would not recommend this facility and will see out a different emergency location if I need it again. Sorry to be so blunt but my experience was that dissatisfactory.

I have no complaints at all. The wait time was a little long but that’s not something you can control. I will recommend your facility to others.

Excellent quick triage in parking lot to assess severity of trauma for our puppy (not a bad injury), waited about an 1,5 hr in parking lot for tech (Robert?) to examine puppy more thoroughly - injury determined to be mild, no intervention needed, no fee! Wow. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, with the pandemic, we were stuck waiting in our car for hours. This isn t the staff s fault; just a reality. Low score, but checked N/A. It can t be helped and no one s fault. The staff there is awesome and caring. We ve gone there for years and went there for a second opinion on my dog. They found the problem and were communicative about it after the visit. They ve always been and continue to be patiently available for insight and help after the visit. I m really glad to have them nearby.

Staff stated that they took x-rays to determine that my dog had a herniated disc. That’s what they said. I was not offered an opportunity to view the x-rays that I paid for. I was left to just take the word of the staff that was the diagnosis. Due to covid restrictions, I was not permitted to enter the building so someone should have brought out the X-rays to view. Especially for close to an $800 visit.

Sitting out in a car in 19 degree weather waiting for 6 hours is very unacceptable. But....the staff did get my moms cat on the mend, for that I thank them so very much.

i have been bring all my pets to noahs for many years nows however i feel that its not the same as when i first started coming in i had some vet tech tell me if i didn’t like the service i was receiving or the way things are done to take my business elsewhere also had another tech that kept telling me she knew my husband and proceeded to text him very unprofessional in my opinion not quite sure what kind of business your running now a days but definitely need some improvements and hopefully since most vets offices are letting patients go in with pet patients that eventually your business will allow it again instead of people having to stay in car absolutely love abbey she is awesome and has seen a many of my pets
