Room one was very off~putting. The floor looked dirty (I was was assured it was just worn),and the walls were mid-painted.

When the cursor was clicked nothing happened. I was unable to complete the survey.

My experience was really good except for the fact that the exam room was very dirty~~yuck! Perhaps you could hire a cleaning crew to come in the evening or on weekends...

I had a long wait time to see the Dr, my appointment was at 3:00 and I saw the technician almost right away, but I didn t see Dr. Wolk until 3:45. It wasn t a huge deal since I didn t have to be anywhere, but it was a pretty long wait! Other than that, I am happy with the care my pet received and the service provided.

I’ve been going to you guys for several years now and always loved the veterinary clinic. However, my last visit was a different experience. I’ve been getting my sugar gliders nails, trimmed for well over a year and paid the same price and then all of a sudden the price tripled with no warning and no one told me about the price change and I think that’s a little unfair to do it to your Patients without any advanced warning. I understand things get more expensive. My problem is no one told me. My suggestion is you guys communicate pricing when an appointment is made especially if it’s changed since the last visit.

A great experience...as kind as possible for my daughter s rabbit.

Waiting time: 4 stars for getting into an exam room and waiting to see someone. The wait off/on during the visit was long. Cleanliness: 3 Stars - There was physical dirt in the exam room and the flooring seems old and permanently stained. Warm or inviting look or feel: 2 Stars - It is very stark and sterile. The waiting area feels cold and impersonal. Not comfortable or a place one wants to wait.

Rabbit pictures on the walls are always a plus ??

Dr. Renneker was excellent. I don t understand why I cannot find any record of her on your website.
