Everything about visit was exactly as I would have wanted. There was no waiting as the clinic took my time into consideration. The vet was caring and efficient. They have it down.

The wait times are consistently an hour plus to see the vet. I realize everyone deserves quality time with the vet, but you need to make less appointments available if the vet cannot realistically see all the appointments. It took an hour and a half past my appointment time to see the vet at this visit, preventing me from doing work on my second job. Our time as a client is valuable too.

Love the doctor s and the techs there amazingly awesome however it was the wait time but I understand totally understand

I called in on Monday morning to make an appointment for my sick dog. I wasn t able to get in until Thursday. I called back on Wednesday morning since my dog was getting worse and was able to get in that afternoon due to a cancellation. Why is there such a long wait to be seen by the Vet?

Glad to be back at Kingdom. We have a very anxious dog who really doesn’t like his feet touched for nail trimming. This is Gibbs and he does get a full anxiety pill at least 2 hours before this appointment..not sure if he should get 1 1/2 pill. Office help very friendly and the tech that came to get each dog was very pleasant also.
