Not sure if it s possible to have another groomer, but it is usually 2-3 weeks out when trying to get an appt.

If people bring in multiple dogs to same visit for shots. Couldn’t there be 1 charge on office visit? Possibly offer senior discount since your senior clients are paid once a month.

My visits have always been great in the past but I was very underwhelmed at my last appointment. From the exam room I could hear personal conversations about a staff members upcoming uterine biopsy, slang terms for parts of the female anatomy, as well as swearing. I also heard through the hallway chatter that my dog had coccidia before anyone even came into the room. I can’t imagine what I would have done had the test results been any worse and I heard that through the walls. I come from a strong customer service background so it was disheartening. I would hate for someone to have the same experience that I did. I’m hoping my next appointment is better but if not I will need to look at another office to take Maddy.

So sorry Frankie is so bad there, he’s actually a good dog.

Rachel was excellent! She had read Maggie’s chart so knew about her allergies. She was kind and answered all my questions. The follow up call was nice as well.

My kitty Peali has only been there a couple times. By the second time she was so much more calm going in.

I think DR.CARPENTER did a thorough job with his diagnosis and Treatment of my pet. I was extremely pleased.

Contacted your office Sat. around 11 am. They were very accommodating. I was able to come in and pick up probiotics and some oral medication (stomach) and drop off a stool sample which they processed quickly. Also - I made an appointment for Tuesday but the office person suggested we go on the cancellation list and we were able to be seen Monday morning. Thank you.

Dr Carpenter and Tom were outstanding... loved the service and Bella loved them too

My dog Willow likely comes from an abusive background. Because of this, she was understandably nervous about going to the vet. From the moment she stepped into the office, she was greeted with an abundance of love! Willow was shocked that getting her shots and nails trimmed could be so much fun!!

Always so sweet to our pets and try to get us in as soon as possible. Appreciate them

Not only were your staff willing to do surgery even with some stated risks, but you were able to fit her in almost a week early. I so, so appreciate all of the staff at Kingdom for their hospitality and patience with my greyhound. We re on the road to recovery, and we couldn t have done it without all of you!
