Would prefer to meet the doctor in person vs over the phone to address issues and questions.

Realizing the covid restrictions, it would be nice still to talk face to face (outdoors with masks as necessary) with the vet following the appointment. I have some difficulty catching everything on the cell phone. However the vet s written summary that was provided was very detailed and helpful. Thanks!

All excellent scores - Dr. Wolk performed a comprehensive exam of my dog before her grooming appointment. Emily, the groomer, is outstanding.

Dr Randy was wonderful. Since he has never treated our dog, he came out to our car to get detailed information on his health status and provided a list of great homeopathic remedies (following the visit) to try along with the dog s prescribed medication. The vet tech was very nice and explained everything. All questions answered and was very satisfied and reassured. Thank you to everyone.

There was no billing explanation. And, we are very disappointed with our cat’s ear being cut. No real explanation or apology was given. Accident L’s happen, but we didn’t feel like that was handled well.

It would have been nice to meet the vet in person, however, I understand Covid safety measures in place--the inside is not open to the public. I did not know that prior to appt. It would be nice to let customers know the process in advance. I am new to your clinic.

I know do to Covid that the procedure is for the pet owner to stay outside but because of this and the miscommunication outside my dog did not get his microchip put in. Now I have to reschedule an appointment to get this taken care off.

Our Groomer did an excellent job. We had several folks at the dog park we take Shep to that asked where did we get him groomed. Please let me know the name of the groomer. Thanks.

I have never seen the inside of this building.

You bib not trim Abby s nails as requested. When I questioned your staff about it you said it was complimentary. When we picked her up you did not provide any paperwork for us. I had to request an invoice and proof of your work so we can board her when we are on vacation. In general, I think you and your staff need to work on professionalism. I also think we should be able to enter your building with a mask.

We love having our dog treated and groomed at KAH.
