I love Kingdom Animal Hospital! The staff are friendly and my dog is always happy to go in for his grooming!

Due to Covid did not enter facility

Due to current conditions, not all were applicable.

We had to wait 20 minutes in a hot car to be seen. I didn’t get to speak with the doctor like I requested to multiple times. The vet tech was very rude and impatient when I was trying to tell them things about the dog and problems he was having she didn’t care to listen. All in all worst experience I’ve had with this vet.

RE: Question 6 - I did not enter the building. Brought our dog in for grooming and I talked with the groomer outside.

Due to Covid-19, I have been beyond happy with how the office has handled my new rescue!

I understand this is all new, in how to see our pets safely, just need to work out some bugs, of calling when you arrive, making sure to check voice mail after being away from desk. Since I didn’t get a person I left a message, then others were going in that came after me and I heard an appt time that was after me, so I called again and texted. Also, after getting my pet back, before I even left the parking lot, I got out a hand wipe sanitizer and tried to clean up my dog a little more but still had to drive home with the windows down. She had anal sacks and toe nail trim. You should never send home a dog after an anal sack squeeze without cleaning them up or freshening them up. Washed her bottom after getting home.

I m not sure of the name of the groomer who did Teddy(Johnston),but he did a great job .Teddy is not an easy dog with grooming and in general rather nervous around a lot of people he doesn t know.Thanks again.

I was not able to enter with my pet due to CoVid so not sure what inside of building looks like:( kingdom has alway been good to my pet babies.

I would like to suggest that owners of the dogs go in with them, doctors are now allowing visitors with the patient so I think that The same should be done in the veterinarian I understand that it is precautionary measures but if there is hand sanitizer and other professional measures in the facility and the owners are allowed to go and it will be better. I would like to go in so that I am able to be there with my dog as he is getting looked at and I am able to ask questions along with the process as well as I feel more secure knowing what is being done to him and he probably feels more secure with me there.

Always a great experience at Kingdom. The staff is very knowledgeable, thorough, and make me feel at ease. Thank you!

The only issue that Brad seemed to have was the wait time to get in, but we realize that right now is hard to get in when everyone is trying to get caught up. I am very pleased with the Dr. calling me and explaining everything about Callie s visit.

Every thing was excellent my charlie was well taken care of. I will be seeing you for my charlies appointment at kingdom hospital.

I was really happy with my first experience with Animal Kingdom. I felt like they did a great job with my german shepherd, Samson and were very thorough explaining everything they did.

Considering the circumstances of dealing with Covid 19 , I think Kingdom is doing a great job of keeping clients and staff safe . We appreciate their efforts during this difficult time . And as always Emily did a great job in grooming our Tucker ! He is happy and so are we !

Oh, I feel lucky for my pet Simon and myself. Simon seems so relaxed when I take him in and all our other pets did to! I think if our pet is relaxed going in, it s because the staff at Kingdom Animal Hospital are awesome and they make our pets feel loved ??! If you running more then 15 minutes behind, please let your patients know. I brought my dog at his appointment time, and waited 30 minutes, which caused other problems to my schedule. I would have canceled and rescheduled the appointment if I had known.
