I was disappointed that I had a hard time getting an appointment due to my dog being so sick. I almost had to take her to another hospital, but got in on a cancellation. I also had to make a return trip, due to not being given all my meds.

Everything was great!!! I will recommend your hospital to all my family and friends. I am very happy with your staff. My 4 legged friend is also doing great. I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to be met by a tech. Once they took my pet inside I was told it would be 5-10 minutes. It was 45. So it took an hour and a half to get in and out. I also had to plead for an appointment - it was pretty Upsetting. I hope you all can be nicer and faster in the future

it is hard to call in for a appointment your phones are busy or they don t answer. the price for a trim went from $12 to $18 that s a big jump in price
