Very difficult to get an appointment for non emergency issues. Your staff works hard to be creative with making appointments, but you need more veterinarians.

Very disappointed w/ the new policy of Noah’s not sending scripts to online Pet Rx vendors. So now along with charging exorbitant drug prices, Noah’s is making it a hassle for their customers to provide drugs/ preventative drug maintenance for their pets. Not cool. Outside of that, the staff is always great.

Dr. Quigley is in demand because she is so good. She is one of the best for sure and worth waiting for. She understands any concerns I have for my dogs and gives me options and listens when I have a questions over anything. Thank you to the front desk for always getting right back to me whenever I need something.

Communication is lacking. We have a prescription for one of our pets through your office, and when we tried to refill recently, we were told no because it had been canceled and when we contacted your office, your office told us after the fact that they’re no longer going to be doing out of office prescription delivery and that they were going to do it themselves. It would’ve been really nice if someone had communicated that to us before it got to a crucial point that our pet may have not had the things that it needs to survive and function properly.

Everyone is so kind and understanding of our dog who is reactive and anxious when we come to the office. Dr. Quigley is so thorough and knowledgeable, I feel very comfortable and reassured by her care. I imagine it’s a busy practice with a lot going on at any given moment but I never feel rushed or unimportant. Thank you for caring for our dog!
