I ended up choosing the drop off option that was offered to me since there were no available appointments and I knew our cat needed to be seen. This worked out fine for us and he is doing so much better!

Very difficult to get an appointment for non emergency issues. Your staff works hard to be creative with making appointments, but you need more veterinarians.
