When I went in on Monday, the systems were down because of the extreme cold weather. I completely understand having technical difficulties or issues. The vet wasn’t sure if my dog needed an additional vaccine. If I had known prior to my visit, I could have brought my previous paper work in. Now I have to take my dog in again because she does need that particular vaccine. She is terrified of going to the vet, so I have to traumatize her two days in one week. I just wish they would have called me prior to coming to ask for previous paper work.

Love the staff and the service. Wish there was some wiggle room for appts in a 1-2 day openings for sick pups. I can from a place where we could do that and it was so helpful. Emergency vets really are so hard to go to for minor/minuscule issues.

They we’re out of the medication I needed to get ! It was a Friday and I had enough to get my dog thru to Tuesday ? And they said the medication was supposed to be in Thursday ? Hopefully it will be sooner , supposed to call me ?

Dr. Quigley is fantastic. Very thorough. Very knowledgeable and patient at providing answers. Always gives very thorough answers and seems to have plenty of time for follow up questions. We know she is incredibly busy but that never comes across in her time with us. Susan and David Wantz

I received an estimate for surgery on a Friday and by the next Friday when the surgery was scheduled it had gone up about $800. I think an estimate should be double checked to make sure everything is included. If there is a blood test required for surgery, it should he included in the estimate. I feel like there were a lot of surprise charges and it caused a lot of stress for me.

Dr. Quigley and staff are all so calm and patient while talking with me. I am just so impressed every time I’m in the clinic how they can maintain that kind of presence when I know underlying their work is very hectic and stressful. I feel fortunate to be able to take my dogs to them.
