I wish I would have been told the diffent charges before deciding between a dremel trim for nails v. having tghe nails clipped. I was a bit shocked by the diffence in charges ($47 v. $29).

I did not like the fact that they took Maddox out of the room for his shots and then get told he was very anxious & hard to give the shots to. I think the parent should be in the room when that is done.

We called to schedule an appointment on a Thursday and got scheduled for the following Tuesday. I called Monday to see if there was possibly a same day appointment and they told me we were not even scheduled for Tuesday. I was thankful that they were able to get us in same day.

Over the past 8 1/2 years Sarah Blair is not only the vet for my 3 ‘children’, she has become a trusted friend. We put my beloved Zack down (or better said to pass his live around in heaven) 2 weeks ago. Through this whole process Sarah was not only there for the best for Zack, but for me. I am forever thankful she was assigned to us January 2017. I also have to mention the rest of the staff. Everyone treated Zack with love and respect. He often acted as if ran the office, but he lived coming.. So this said, Noah’s North is the only place we come. Let me not forget that Dr.O has been able to treat both cats with weird issues. Excellent dx and tx both times.

When the Dr left, she left the impression she would come back in with information regarding diet/calories, etc. She did not return and I had to find general information on the bottom or the report page, which did not allow for conversation around weight concerns.

I had a bit of an incident with a big dog in the waiting room. His owner wasn’t very attentive to his coming over to my poor stressed cat two times! Yes, he wasn’t an aggressive dog, but my cat doesn’t like dogs and so it would be nice not to have to wait in an area with dogs coming in.

Dr. Ostermeyer was great. She spent a long time with us and answered a bunch of questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Jessica is also awesome. She did a very thorough intake. Everyone made us feel seen.
