I will never come to your facility again. The prices were incredibly high and with very Value added. I was charged for a nursing assessment although I am not sure what that involved because I am a registered nurse. I feel like you fluffed your prices and did not have any value

Noah s animal hospital staff is the most caring, attentive, empathetic group I have ever worked with - I walk in and they immediately know who we are, why we are here, and give the feeling that they are happy to see us again! This location is over a 35 minute drive from our house and can be longer with traffic, but it s worth the distance for the service and care we receive!

Dr. Blair is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with her, respect her expertise and trust her to do the very best for my cat. I m a new pet owner so it s very important that I have all the information I need to make informed decisions about her care. Thank you very much!

If the clinic is behind because of emergency issues (which was the case) it would have been great if I had been told that rather than wonder if I was there at the wrong time or forgotten

I had to come in and drop off a stool sample and I was had to wait an unusually long time and after a while I asked the woman at the front desk who was helping someone else if I could just leave it on the counter. Someone else had walked by multiple times and didn’t offer to assist me. The lady helping the other customer didn’t even acknowledge me as I was standing there and it seemed that she was resolving a complicated issue that was going to take a while. She could have easily asked what I needed because I was obviously holding a bag in my hand that I was quickly dropping off. Very poorly executed and a unnecessary waste of my time.

This Noah s location is fantastic and Dr. Ostermeyer is a knowledgeable and talented vet. My only complaint is that the markup on medications is astronomical. I was charged $43.13 for 3 Oncior tablets (6 mg each) and the exact same Oncior tablets (same strength are $13.29 on Chewy and Amazon. While I understand the need to make a profit, this is extreme. It tells me that you re fine with gouging your customers who are simply try to care for their pets. I m hurt and disappointed that Noah s does this.

The doctor and her assistant were super sweet and very kind. Took their time with all my questions and supplied a ton of info for me! 10/10 definitely recommend them! The receptionist however was quite rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t schedule an appt for us in 2 months and told me to call back. Ummm, what? Why? I’m literally standing right there! I’ve decided to not come back to the Noblesville location over her attitude.

I was extremely impressed with how well they handled my pet and me. All of the staff were concerned. It was overall a great experience. I will be back if I have any other issues concerning my cat!
