Jackson was there for grooming by Mary. She always does an excellent job and he always looks great when done. We have followed Mary from two other locations and will continue as long as possible.

I had a great experience with the technician that gave my dog her vaccination. She was kind and explained things clearly I also love my veterinarian although I didn’t see her this time Dr Blair is amazing. Unfortunately, the person who is sitting at the desk was very unpleasant. She seemed annoyed at every customer that came in. I noticed one gentleman was going over the top to be extra kind to her, and she was still very grouchy. It was disappointing. I definitely didn’t feel that I was valued. I am a strong supporter of your organization and I wanted you to know that this happened. After I left I was going to call and ask for the manager, but receiving this survey helps make my feelings known, which I appreciate. I hope to have a much more pleasant experience for my next visit.
