We did experience long waits between the vet tech, doctor, then tech again. In total was there about 90 minutes! Seemed longer than I expected. I did appreciate the follow up call the following day though

i think staff need to be more discreet when taking crap about a patient. i understand being frustrated and trying to find a solution that is time efficient, but there is NO reason that i should hear “so theyre just gonna let their cat suffer and be in pain instead of paying the $600-$900 for pain meds” while already being pushed to make a decision and asking questions about what needs done. The surgery my pet needed was $3800-$4000 so we ended up having to let him go. The only thing i can remeber about this place was how insensitive and rude the staff were while over the phone before i was able to get there.

It was our first time going for our puppy Charlie and it was such a great experience they made us feel welcoming and comfortable, they took their time and answered all our questions. Best place I believe and we have an upcoming appointment for our other puppy. Thank you to the staff and provider!!

Í moved to Noblesville & made an appointment for a ‘meet & greet ‘ as my dog (age 12) needed to have her Rx maintained. The lady on the phone said it was $62-$65. A confirmation text asked me to bring a fecal sample. The initial nurse or tech was up-selling the yearly package that’s posted on the wall. A blood draw would be needed, the vet would advise as to what tests to perform, and which yearly package would be recommended. The tech answered my question about these tests, the blood draw, saying it can range from $365-over $400. I told her to do the very minimum with the blood that was needed for my dog’s anti-inflammatory. After the visit with the vet, she took my dog for a blood draw and two needed vaccinations. I thought it odd to have to take my dog to do those three things when usually it’s done right there in the room. By now I’d been there 1 hour & twenty minutes. When my dog (Abby) was returned we went to the front desk and were told our bill was $415. I was flabbergasted and said, “ that can’t be”! This was a meet & greet for $65. I was really shocked, disappointed, surprised and felt very misled. They wanted a fecal sample so I brought it. It really wasn’t necessary as I brought all Abby’s prior vet records. She was very up today. I am always conscientious about it. The blood work was over $200. I asked for the Rx to be returned and removed and only wanted the script. They said okay but you’ll only have 2 refills. Ultimately I left paying $110. The practice was very concerned about making as much money off me as was possible or as much as a consumer would put up with. I was not walking in for a meet & greet to walk out paying $415. An exorbitant fee, an abuse of a new client, a newcomer to Noblesville was seen as a money-making opportunity. I was very disappointed at the way I was treated, the way I was misled, manipulated.

Dr. Blair is wonderful, kind, and caring. Always takes the time to talk and listen to any concerns and provides a solution. The staff is very friendly as well.
