A simple tech appointment for a blood draw took 50 stressful minutes. We weren t even seen for 25 min. I also couldn t get a clear explanation of exactly what the senior panel at over twice the cost would provide that the regular panel didn t, just more. I want to do what s best for my pet and I didn t feel I received complete information to make an informed decision.

We have a very anxious dog and from start to finish, we were at the appointment for almost an hour and a half for just a wellness visit and shots. We were in the room by ourselves for most of that time. Not sure why we had to wait that long. The times we interacted with the staff, it was great. It was not a great experience for our dog, and in turn, for us because of how long we were there.

Dr. Roach is so kind and patient with my anxious and fussy cat. She was going to look into alternative options for Cleo s medications but I haven t heard back about it yet.

Dr. Roach was awesome I was getting ready to look for a new doctor as I was not really happy with Dr. Rachael. But I love the place location is like 10 minutes from me and the staff is awesome. My husband and I both thought right off the bat that DR. Roach is a plus for the company. Thank you
