I cannot speak highly enough of my first experience at Noah s Caring Hands! I have been searching for a quality and caring groomer for my three Shih Tzu boys for nearly two years - ever since I brought them home. Nine groomers later (and after even trying my hand at doing more than just bathing and brushing them), I finally found their forever groomer with Mary! Seeing my boys after their appointment, I was over the moon pleased! Not only was Mary receptive and attentive to my requests, but her grooming skills and literal caring hands were evident by how good my boys looked! My boys coats were cut evenly and were free of mats, their eyelashes were left intact (which I failed to request, but was very glad to see), their tummies were not shaved too closely, their nails were cut and filed evenly, and, most importantly, none came home with injuries and they were happy. Thank you, Mary! I will be scheduling their next appointment soon!

The initial wait was not very long. The wait after the tech took vitals was entirely too long, along with the check-out process.

My husband and I walked right in with our dog Snoopy and there was no wait. We explained to the doctor that we only had the dog for one week and his anxiety was real high. She told us what calming chews to get. We ordered them that day. We will know this weekend if they work. If not we know we can call the doctor for help. Everyone was very nice took care of Snoopy like he has been going there for years. Awesome job by everyone we will be staying with you guys

My drop off visit and later pick up visit went very well. The office staff were very friendly and caring. I have no concerns or hesitations about leaving my pet with the office there at Sunnyside. Thank you again for caring for my pet.

Front desk personnel are fantastic! They get there so early to make it vonvient foe everyone and are open later- so accommodating!

There was no explanation of my bill. Also, the wait time once we went into a room was extremely long and always is at this location.
