The survey format is confusing. I can’t tell if I’m giving five stars or one. It seems backwards. When I made the appointment, I asked for the (free) new patient wellness visit and getting nails trimmed. I was told to bring a fecal sample, so I assumed that was part of the wellness check. I had no concerns with her health other than to check her weight and get a recommendation on a good weight for her. Charging for a fecal sample that I didn’t ask for seems like a con job.

Our tech for the vaccine was the best we ever have had! My dog didn’t even move, nor was she sore. Great job!!!

All members of staff were so wonderful! I have a very sweet boy, who happens to be a protective/reactive German Shepherd. He sometimes has a hard time meeting new people. Everyone who came in contact with him was very knowledgeable and professional. He ended up cuddled up on the floor in the back room with a member of staff while he had blood work drawn. Such a great experience for him! I can t say enough positive things about the staff at Noah s! They are my forever vet for sure!

Everyone is so kind and caring and Dr Roach went out of her way to help me continue to care for Peanut
