on first visit to a new vet Skooter was scared. Dr Webb and Ruth Anne were so patient and soothing. Dr Webb took time to thoroughly examine Skooter and explained everything and answered any questions I had.

I have Trupanion pet insurance and called prior to making an appointment to be sure it was accepted. However, upon check out, the staff was unable to check my visit and prescription food directly to Trupanion, as they were unsure of how to submit the visit. I was told the information was sent to Trupanion, however, when I tried to submit my claim myself, there was no information from Noah’s to corroborate my claim. Also, since my dog has allergies, I was supposed to receive an email with instructions for my dog’s food, but I received a blank email with no instructions. I was confused about when I was to return for another vaccination that my dog could not have with other vaccines- I suppose that slipped through the cracks. The website for Noah’s is deceiving as it displays several procedures offered, which is why I chose to go with Noah’s, only to learn that these procedures are not offered and I’d need a referral and have to pay more exam fees at different locations. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the doctors who saw my dog. I left feeling a little confused and overwhelmed, so the exam notes I was supposed to receive via email the date of service would have been helpful for the weekend.

Every time I bring my dogs, it s between 40 minutes and an hour to be seen and check out. My last trip was only a heartworm blood draw that took 40 minutes. While I ve been bringing my dogs for years, it s gotten to the point when I will have to start looking for another vet if this happens again

I believe charging a tech fee is a bit too much just for your fur baby to get an updated vaccine. I believe there should just be charge for the bacc itself. Customers is being charged $20 just for the tech asking what our fit baby eat and parasite prevention there are on. As well as pulse n temp .That is a bit much especially when i have to help you do your job.
