I would like to see some more updated handling techniques when it comes to manipulating the dogs. Dr. Sophia Yin s Low Stress Handling methodologies would I think help with difficult examinations. I also appreciate when staff do not take my dog to the back for physical examinations, as I like to be an active participant. With the exception of some updated learning, I always love the techs, and they work very hard with what they have. Please tell them they are appreciated for their work, and support. But maybe help them out with some CEs on handling techniques

I m so happy there is a new office manager, she is so kind and immediately explained the issue. My concern is that issues continue to arise, despite our best efforts.
