Get your animal blood pressure machines fixed! My cat was there for a blood pressure check and staff had to use two different machines. The second machine took a long time to obtain my cat’s BP so I question the accuracy of all the blood pressures. If you’re going to charge me $60 for a BP check, get better machines or I can go to a vet who has better equipment!

I was in a somewhat desperate situation. My cat was prescribed SQ fluids 3 times a week. She needed some over the weekend and my husband and I struggled to do it. I called an emergency vet to see if they would use my fluids and needles and they told me they would have to see her and prescribe their own fluids. It would cost over $125. Someone suggested I call Noah’s caring hands and I was so relieved when they told me they would do it with my fluids for $20! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Willing to take the extra steps to help me and my cat.

Dr Roach is so wonderful with our senior weimaraner, as well as the technician that brought him a rug for his exam because it s difficult for him to stand long on hard floors. Also staff talked to me while he was getting blood drawn for tests ans assured me he was getting spoiled. He was, and appreciate the time they take with us, no rushing us out, compassionate care for sure. Dr Karen Roach has taken great care of Noah from 8 weeks old to now 14 years old and doing great

So far our pets have enjoyed going to the vet! It was a very stress free environment for them! I love how thorough they were with my old guy! He wasn’t stressed or nervous!

I think the tech s name was Emma, she was very kind and patient with my grumpy cat. She and Dr. Roach made Cleo s visit smooth and she seemed less anxious than usual to be there!
