We will not be taking our pets back to Dr. Webb. Our experience with the other two female vets there have been good. They seemed knowledgeable and in touch with the situation and what our pets needed. The vet tech assistants/nurses have been good and helpful and knowledgeable and listen to us. This time was our first with Dr. Webb. He may be a kind man and he may be knowledgeable, but he was so unnecessarily rough with our elderly cat. I had to stop the exam because I was too concerned for my cat’s safety. He’s recently been through a serious illness, was on gabapentin so had poor balance, and Dr. Webb was pressing so hard on his poor neck that he fell over backwards on his hind quarters. At that point I picked up my cat and said I would be holding him for the rest of the exam and to only look for things that could be signs of emergencies. It was all completely unnecessary and out of touch with how fragile my cat’s current state is. He was rough and pressed way too hard all over his body, and paid no attention to my cat’s reactions. He’s blind, on drugs, recovering from an illness, and 17…he deserved better consideration than that. Will never book with Dr. Webb again.

I called to make an appointment for Milo because our groomer said he needed his Rabies vaccine. I called told Noah’s what they said he needed and asked if he needed it. She continued to make the appointment. After we drove 45 min to the appointment at Noah’s waited for someone to come in to tell us he did not need the vac he is not due till November 2026. I was livid since we are moving and it was not needed. Looking for another place to take Milo is a must now. It was a total waste of our time plus took an appointment that someone else may have needed. I suggest you train your staff going forward.

Dr. Webb has been our Vet for 25 years and is the best!!! Pay him whatever you need to pay him to keep him there!!! He is a saint!!!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained really well and everyone we interacted with was so nice, gentle and kind to us and our dog Toasty.

The first counter staff were nice. My after the procedure counter staff- one lady was mean and unfriendly. I was chatting to another patron at counters length away and she shouted at me to keep our dogs apart- my dog was just awake from anesthesia and lame and we were 12? Feet away from each other??!? My other score was due to the exam rooms dirty floors and equipment near it- as if a wet mop only was ever slopped around the rooms for cleaning yuck!

Easy to make an appointment and wait time after we arrived was very short (which was great for my anxious dog). Great attention from the staff as always.
