Visits to this office are often stressful. They charge for services you didn t ask for. They don t tell you they are doing a procedure before they do it, then charge for it. Surprise! You expect a $30 visit and they ll charge $95 for something you didn t want.

Despite the circumstance with Covid , we were pleased with the way they approached handling Luckys appointment. It was pouring rain , so we felt bad forDoc. Thanks again!

Our visit was during the Covid-19 lock down. PPAH did everything professionally and followed strict guidelines to have contact with only my best buddy Mr. Wiggles, my 11+yrs.old Cocker Spaniel. His check-up went fine. It was thorough and completed in a timely manner.

The heavyset girl at the front desk has always been less than cordial. Everything about everyone else is so friendly. She is not. She is the face of your business Dr John and does not represent it well. She presents very unfriendly. Barb Myers

We didn t get puppy packs for our puppies. I don t know when to take them back. Thirty days or more from what I m hearing from the news. The staff is always great. Dr. Flood is a very kind person.

As always , the Doctors and the techs are so warm and caring towards our fur family ! She took the time to explain in great detail about Finnegan’s kidney diagnosis , what to expect and how to get him to eat the K/D foods or other RX foods that may be more palatable. Thanks!

My dog was doing so poorly, my vet thought it may be time to put him down. I took him to see Dr Flood for acupuncture and the next day he seemed two years younger. It was truly amazing and we are so thankful for Dr. Flood and her help.
