We thought the staff and the doctors were excellent.

I appreciate the being able to take our dog Ginger without an appointment to deal with an emergency. I especially appreciate their followup phone call to check on Ginger. Great people

I felt it was important to note that it was not easy to be seen, as there was an emergency that was brought to our attention prior to our arrival. We were seen an hour after our appt time It was still a great experience.

Just came for tech appt for heart worm test but as always very pleased with the experience for me and my precious pup.

during my last two appointments I had to wait more than 2 hours from my appt time to be seen. The delay seems to be part of this practice. I am very disappointed in this aspect. Both times an emergency had not caused the delay. On Monday April 16 I had to race to make my doctor appt at 1:00. Dekker’s appt was 10:40.....

We were on one of our many visits to OCMD. We bought our place in 2008 and have often said we need to establish a vet here, because we almost always bring our 2 fur babies. Unfortunately our Mister Boo had a mishap and we used google and found you. Madison at the front desk was very caring and professional. She got us in right away and when my wife called back she could hear the concern in her voice and ask if we wanted to come in sooner, which we did. Dr. Flood spent a lot of time with us and our kitty. She showed her compassion and concerns. We would recommend this practice. It is comforting to know that in the future if there is a need for one of our fur babies to see a vet while in OCMD we know where to go ... :)

I was scheduled for an 11:40 am appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. My cat was not seen until 12:30 and the exam & shot were completed within 15 minutes. I think it would be a courtesy to inform your customers if they should expect a significant delay between their scheduled appointment time and when they will be seen.

I waited over an hour to be seen. Fortunately, I had no other commitments so it was not a huge problem. Apparently it was a day with many unexpected patients.
