I was very happy with the service and the staff and the doctor made me feel that they were concerned with providing care and service for all three of my pets. I only had appointments for two of them but something came up with the third pet in between making the appointment and the time I arrived for the appointment and they agreed to see him and diagnose him as long as I agreed to a fee for service which I expected. I was very happy for the compassion and expertise that I received.

I was so pleased & satisfied with my recent visit. Everyone there was so kind & helpful. Dr. Fantasia Maniatty & her assistant (so sorry, I forgot his name) gave my cat Moe, such fabulous care. Moe is feeling so much better & I can t thank you all enough!

This was my second visit at PP OV. I arrived 5 min early but was not called back until after 6:30 pm. Had I known I d b sitting there for hrs beyond my appointment time I could have gone somewhere & returned. I think there should be some explanation for the lengthy wait as I saw many come in & were taken back before us & they arrived after????

Many thanks - a visit to your office is always a joy! I keep trying to get a urinesample from Winnie, but every time she pees — it’s about two drops and that’s it!!! She She drinks water regularly - out of her bowl and In the creek and puddles in the street!!!!

Dr. John was incredible! He took the time to give my pet a thorough examination, make sure I understood how to take care of him after I left, and was very considerate of the sensitive situation which made me feel very comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone who is an animal lover as much as I am! They just get it (;

As always my Precious got lots of TLC. Dr. John gave my little girl a complete checkup, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The staff is always pleasant and caring. After 12 years and 3 dogs, I can says I wouldn t go to any other vet or animal hospital. Thank you for all your loving care.

In the future, I think an itemized bill for everything and everyone should be standard. I walked out wondering what I paid $300 for. After being there for 2 hours, I wasnt going to wait for a print out. The care my pup received was outstanding. Couldn t have asked for more!

My dog was the victim of an attack. The Dr and the staff were so compassionate and kind to my little guy. A terrible experience was made easier to bear.

They did a great job treating my pet as if it was their own....and my cat responded well to them and their care.
