Lower your prices. A blood test and a flu shot for $210 is ridiculous ! And now dogs need flu shots every year ??? I ve had 6 dogs over a 45 year period, and never had a dog get the flu. Seems like a money grab to me.

The floors in the waiting room and in the examination room are not clean, leading me to worry that disease could easily be transmitted.

Snowy had his teeth cleaned with one extraction. Staff was extremely kind and considerate. He is doing fine too! Thanks to Dr Fantasia and Dr Annie for all you do for our pets.

I m always impressed with the caring and handling of our girls by the entire staff, and also appreciative of being fitted into the schedule on such short notice. Gabby is doing great. She has seemed painfree from the first dose of meds, and is getting up the steps from the yard with ease. No ill effects from any meds.

Doctor Flood was awesome, really appreciate her fitting us in and assistants were awesome to. I am still waiting on email pricing for dental work that Girlie Girl needs done. Hope to receive that soon.

Excellent as usual!

Billing procedure was not explained. As for getting an appt I usually go to Ocean View facility but they had no openings so they asked if I could to Berlin. Was very satisfied with Berlin facility, vet and staff.

I hope 5 means it is the highest / best of the options. Perhaps the questionaire could contain an explanation about the star system?!
