Dr Petruka and Dria were amazing with my nervous girl. They took extra time to make sure she was comfortable. Minnie actually relaxed and accepted Dr Petruka being close to her. Our appointment went better then I had hoped for.

Absolutely amazing experience! Every step from quote to follow up was super kind and caring. It really feels like the staff cares about your pet. Just the best service. I am disappointed I didn’t change over sooner because this is 1000% better service than I was receiving before. Highly highly recommend this organization, at either clinic!

LOVE your clinic!!! The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. Vet techs and Vets are friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I really like being presented with the estimate first and then being able to decide a treatment plan from there. Diagnostics are done on site. The clinic is very clean (which is important to me). And I love the phone call follow-ups. We drive to Warman from Prince Albert - and the drive is definitely worth it to us for the service and care our dogs receive!! Thank you so much!!!

Taking your furry family member to see the vet is not easy on you or them and my millie is nervous in new environments..she shakes...When we arrive in the Building the energy was calming and clean millie must have scensed this as shed never been in the Building before.. She never started shaking!

Such a caring staff for my dog (Buddy) who was having a rough day. Only thing I would say is that it would have been really nice to have the vet talk to me for few minutes when I picked him up and explain and answer a couple of questions. Buddy had a fair bit done to him so explanation from the vet would have been great

It would be very helpful if scheduled check up appointments were also listed on invoices.
