I have always received polite and respectful service. Friendly and jolly. I can not see myself taking advantage of any other veterans around. No, we will always go to the Rosthern clinic. In fact my son in law when they come down from Edmonton, appreciate the service they received for his Seeing Eye dog Shadow. He also says that should he be in need of a veterinarian while visiting us, he would go directly to Rosthern for any kind of help he’d need for his Guide dog Shadow. Very satisfied with the help ourselves. Our town has a veterinarian clinic but we never have ever gone there. We are sold on the great service we are provided with in Rosthern. Thank you very much.

I replied three stars to the question about billing because there is no “not applicable “ button. I just paid my bill at the end of my dogs’ visit, as at any other place of business.

Awesome staff and very helpful and accomodating. Dr Triff and the techs were able to answer all my question relating to my cats and we were treated as part of family there. Highly recommend!!

This was a very difficult and sensitive appointment for me, and I felt supported and thoroughly informed on what the issues were with my dog. Dr Petruka was incredibly respectful and patient in discussing all the options to consider. I am so grateful my dogs are always well taken care of from this clinic.

As always we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the clinic. Staff is wonderful, they take amazing care of our pups. We know they re in great hands when they re there.

The best part of the visit was how calm my dog was through it all since he is not much of a people person! I would have no problems bringing all my pets here!
