Staff were amazing ! Rocky received wonderful care

We were very pleased with our visit to the clinic with our Cooper. We have taken Cooper to the clinic twice before. We will be back in June for Coopers yearly vaccination and onward from there. Thank you very much for your quick treatment.

Cola was a very last minute appointment due to her having a cut on her ear. We now know how much a little cut can bleed on an ear but at the time we were assured it is a body part that bleeds a lot and the cut wasn’t that bad. Our kitchen looked like a scene from Dexter every time she shook her head and my 3 young kids thought Cola was not going to make it. Funny now, not at the time! The front staff and vet technician, as usual, are absolutely amazing with answering questions, being extremely friendly and overall setting the tone for a vet clinic that is second to none. I have gone to this vet clinic for 16 years and even recommended my friends to switch who live outside of Warman. Our vet is Dr. Petruka but we saw Dr. Vargo that day. Dr. Vargo was extremely knowledgeable, caring and efficient. An extremely great Vet. I was there yesterday again to buy food and as I was waiting I got a very small glimpse into what you all see on a daily basis. I am not sure how you all stay so calm and appear so happy. From front staff to vet technicians to vet’s I am sure you don’t get told enough how far your understanding and friendliness goes towards those dealing with a sick/injured pet. Not many people can do what you do. Unfortunately, we will be back today as the food isn’t working quite yet and we still have a sick puppy but I feel like I can breath a little better and not worry quite as much with the unknown knowing she is in your hands. I really liked the fact that a receptionist went the extra mile for our dog and held, she does not like it when we leave her so that gave us comfort. Also other staff put a thunder shirt o her to help her with her anxiety, thank you staff at Warman vet clinic

I am so grateful to the staff for the care my dog got with his TPLO surgery and one staff even texted me a picture of him when he woke up with her personal phone! I had to go beck twice to have his bandage changed at no charge. I feel they treated my dog as if he was there’s.
