I was surprised that my dog was not immunized and had blood drawn in front of me.

The only downfall was my dog had a 6 month wellness check up and gland expression and we were there almost an hour, saw the vet for less than 10 mins and the gland expression was 2 minutes. So a lot of time sitting in the exam room with my anxious dog

Not saying its any different anywhere else, but the cost of services is pretty high. Which is why the lower rating on the recommendation.

I can t thank you enough for providing Cooper and me with a calm and efficient vet experience that rivaled pre-pandemic times!

I was very happy with the prompt service and friendliness of the staff when treating Dakota’s ear infection.

As always, everyone was fantastic. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Hoppe and felt taken care of, listened too, and comfortable with all treatment.

Love love love Dr. Marcus. Make sure she gets a raise. Not at all happy with front desk staff: they don’t return our calls. Hate the new scheduling software. Trying to schedule appointment and it just sits there and spins. Tried Mac, Windows: doesn’t matter. When finally able: scheduled 8:00am appointment and then received call saying that slot isn’t available. Huh? Only time web site didn’t hang and it gave me a bad time. Fire the web team.

I was kept waiting 20+ minutes past my appointment time. I found this extremely ironic, as I overheard someone on the phone being told by staff that if they arrived more than 10 minutes later than their scheduled appointment, they would need to cancel and re-schedule. I asked to speak to an office manager about the delay and no one ever appeared. Frontier seems to be turning into a factory-style vet clinic. It certainly is losing the personal touch it once had. That being said, we love Dr. Beedle.
