Our pet is on meds that are requiring regular blood draws, however we are also charged for an exam, when a full exam is not taking place. I think we should only be charged for blood draw/labs. Weight is also a factor we are keeping an eye on, but we were not given our pet s weight at the visit (also not on the paperwork) and had to call after we got home.

I would absolutely recommend Frontier to my friends and family. They were helpful, friendly, and professional.

I ve been with Frontier for many years and continue to find the staff (front desk, vets and vet assistants) very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Treatments for my cats have always been given with the greatest care and consideration for the patients , in a professional manner that has earned my trust and repeat business.

You need to state the vet s name when making an online appointment. There were two 11:30 am appointments and I picked Dr. Palmer, as usual. However, when I got the confirmation, it only stated the date and time and not the vet. So, I had to call your office to Make Sure Katie was going to be seen by Dr. Palmer! I think the vet s name should appear on both the confirmation and the reminder, especially when more than one vet has openings at the same time! Thanks.

No option for “not applicable” on this survey. My dog wasn’t there for medical care. Generally, things seem a bit less personal than when I was coming there with my last dog — the remodeled waiting area seems overly sterile to me. Being able to complete forms online was a nice convenience. Made dropping my dog off very quick. I was not familiar with the staff who came out to get my dog and bring him out when I picked him up this time, but he seemed comfortable enough with them.

Best vet and staffs! They made my super sensitive dog relaxed and comfortable just like she is in her home! It is really amazing to see my dog followed vet direction without my help. I’m pretty sure my dog is looking forward to see next appointment with dr DH!

I like the fact that Dr. Hunt gave me several options in regards to Luciano s treatment...he didn t push me into getting the most expensive option.

Oliver and I love coming to Frontier. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable, and although we generally try to schedule with Dr. Beedle, Dr. Hunt was very thorough in reviewing Oliver s medical history to ensure that his new treatment plan is most appropriate and aligns with previous treatment history. Although Oliver s most favorite part of coming to Frontier might be the love/attention he gets from staff (and the treats), I greatly appreciate that all of my questions and concerns are always addressed and thoroughly explained. We always leave feeling confident about any treatment plans that were decided on together and comforted with regards to any concerns we had coming in.

Frontier was great. We came here after going to a different Hillsboro vet for about a year and I wish we would have switched earlier. The little corrals in the waiting area were great for our jumpy little terrier. We held on to our dog s fecal sample for a little longer than we thought we would. We were a little nervous others could smell it. That was the only slightly negative part. Overall, superb!!

We only wanted to get my elderly cats bloodwork and not an exam. We told the staff and Veternarian that before they saw Jojo but they gave an exam to him anyway and charged me for it. It would be nice if in the future they listened to what a patient wants instead of just doing what they want to do.
