Only suggestion is that invoices be given each and every time with detailed information as to what service was performed or what vaccine was given. There have been multiple occasions when I ve walked out without any record/invoice at all. This was the case after this visit. Once I got home I realized I didn t have any record whatsoever of the vaccine that was given during the visit. Also, with the invoice, it would be very helpful to have a list of the upcoming vaccine due dates. Again, with no invoice in hand there is no record for me to double check or put into my dogs medical file.

We love Frontier! Everyone is always so pleasant and I feel so comfortable asking for anything we need. It s super close to our house which is an added bonus. We ve seen Dr Palmer and Dr Markus and they are both so wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional. They always take the time to answer all my questions and sometimes I can have a lot of questions. Follow-up care and phone calls are great as well. My cats board there as well and are always well cared for.

Of course, like a child, as soon as I requested a doctor s appointment, my four footed child got better, so I cancelled. I can not answer the questions above with the exception I can and always do recommend Frontier.

Everyone at Frontier is amazing! We have been coming to them for many years and can t imagine taking our pets any place else. My dog Cooper loves coming in and getting to say hello to all the girls. He s never been afraid to come to the vets office. Everyone there has always put the care of our babies first. And even when we had to make the hardest decision and have one of our cats put down. Everyone was there to help try and make it as easy on me as possible. We love Everyone! Thank you all!??

Everyone at Frontier is really friendly and helpful and the veterinarians are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you understand everything needed to help you take the best care of your pets. I would highly recommend Frontier!

My dog gets very anxious when coming to the vet, however, Dr. Palmer and the staff go out of their way to offer a gentle and calm approach to accommodating his anxiety. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion.

We feel our pets receive good care from the staff. However, parking has become a major problem. The lot is small and the spaces are adequate for a Subaru but nothing larger! Been there when the only parking spaces available are east side of Chipotle. Also, surprised your office closes during regular business hours for staff meetings.Not convenient for clients. Could you have one person available at front desk?

As always, my experience was excellent. I have come to expect professional advice and care for Anastasia. The staff attitude meets and exceeds the renovated physical environment. The only possible improvement would be to open a branch in Beaverton! Alex Pavlenko
