The environment was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The only comment i would have is that my appt was somehow cancelled and i was on a tight schedule that day. Luckily they were still able to see me and it all worked out.

Vet techs can be a little nicer and not make comments about noise hurting their ears. You are in this profession and I am paying you to help my bird. We have been through a lot me and my bird and if the bird is loud you should just shut up and not say anything. Or try to comfort him. The vet was very nice.

I loved the place and staff was amazing. Loved Dr. Peterson wish I would of known about your hospital a long time ago I would of been bringing my bird here for check ups. :) He is healthy but its nice to be sure. So I will be making check up appointments in the future. Thank you for be here. Getting the results emailed is awesome.

As always, my experience at Frontier Vet was outstanding. Everyone from Dr. Marcus to the technician were professional. Our annual exam happened to fall on the same day as photo with santa day which found the clinic really busy with lots of walk ins. However right after walking in, the Customer service tech immediately got someone to take us right away into the exam room to bypass all the excitement out front. I was really appreciative of this level of caring for the customer. Dr. Marcus was thorough in her exam of Luna and answered all my questions. She recommended a great plan to cover the exam, blood work and 6 month follow up. Luna and I left as relaxed and pleased with the service at Frontier that we have come to expect. I love your use of technology right down to checking us out and taking payment right in the exam room bypassing the need to wait out front to check out including emailing the visit summary and invoice. I highly recommend Frontier Veterinary Hospital as you never disappoint us! Keep up the great work!

I have dealt with many different vet clinics in 3 different states over the past many years and I can definitely say Frontier clinic is the best. The staff is so well rounded you can almost always have your pet treated there no matter what the problem is or what species your pet is. I have no problem recommending Frontier Clinic to anyone with an A+ rating.

As usual I had a very positive experience. Bringing my cat in for his check-up is always stressful for him but the reception staff was quick to get us into a room. Dr. Palmer always takes the time to examine him well and answer any questions or concerns I have. She offered options to try to diagnose his weight loss in light of he doesn t have any any outward symptoms but I didn t feel pressured in the least to go for any of them at this time. She was prompt with updating me with his lab results the next day and reiterated that she s here for us if I have further questions and to just let her know if I want to pursue further testing. I have recommended Frontier to my friends (my family that is in the area are already clients of Frontier) and will continue to do so.

I love this clinic! They were as fabulous with me as they were with my elder cat. They do acupuncture also, which is something I was looking for and they offer more natural methods of treatment along with medications. My previous Vet, I felt, was over medicating my cat which seemed to make her sicker each time. With this clinic I feel we have struck a balance between needed pharmaceuticals and natural remedies. Also, and most importantly....they actually listen. I love, love, love this clinic and would recommend it highly!!!

I have never been to a vet office that lets you pay for all the visits together, like how I am for the puppy ones. I also like that there is a discount if you do this and are allowed to do it in payments. All the staff was friendly!

I love it when I walk in the door & the receptionist greets my cat & me by name! I’ve been to a lot of clinics with a lot of animals in the past & Frontier is the only one that consistently does this - starting with the first visit over 20 years ago.
