This was one of the best vet experiences I ve ever had. It was very kind of Dr. King to show my kitten Likko around to the other staff members. With two cats at home, I m looking to a good, long relationship with Frontier and its friendly, professional staff.

We were able to secure a last-minute appointment for Stripes, which was not possible with Pet Smart. We will not be returning to Pet Smart for any needed pet services, but rather will visit Frontier instead. Thank you Dr. Hunt for your humbly taking care of Stripes s needs. Carolyn

They knew who Lady was the moment we walked in with her. A room was ready and Dr. Peterson was so gentle and kind with Lady. I can t wait for my dog s plan at another vet to end so I can get him in too!

Thanks for tuning up the appointment reminder process; it s much less oppressive. You might consider asking folks which they prefer--48hr. e-mail or phone reminder? I d rather not have to listen to a voicemail in order to erase it, so e-mail is better for me.

Frontier was awesome! I could not be happier with the facility(it was so nice) and the service and how nice the staff is. I live in Sherwood and drove all the way to Hillsboro for my bird and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

My poor Roxie had to be put down and I am completely heartbroken. You guys have been fantastic about the whole process. I will continue to bring my dogs to you guys. You are all so wonderful and I can see the care you take Dailey.

Efficient process of getting in and getting out. All staff members friendly

I love everyone at Frontier Vet. They are always kind and treat your pet well, but more importantly they treat your pet like they were their own. They always take time to answer every question and encourage you to call if you have any problem whatsoever. My cat, Amber, is 14-1/2 and has many chronic health issues, but thanks to Frontier and their wonderful staff she is thriving and happy. I would never go anywhere else.

The overall visit was good, the staff was friendly and explained things thoroughly, the environment is clean and well kept (I especially like the little areas with the small doors to wait in). The prices are not cheap but the Dr s seem to care which makes it worth it.

I would like to be able to see where my cats are kept. And receive emails on how they are doing while boarding.

I appreciated being treated so well as a visiting patient referred by my vet. I will definitely come here again when my regular vet is unavailable. Very impressed!

Hmm, I wasn t able to change the value on any of the questions. I would say 5 stars for 1-5. Platt and I were both impressed that Dr. Hunt called the other to ask how Dotty was doing. Very nice touch!

Dr. Palmer was amazing and I appreciate her spending such detailed time with us about Roxy as she is 16 years of age. I called to follow up on her bloodwork and no one would speak to me regarding this. They said I have to wait until Monday when Dr. Palmer is back but there is nothing to worry about. I am under immense stress with work and family life and I don t appreciate having to wait 5 days to find out what is going on. I almost drove up there to talk to Dr. Peterson in person because I don t understand how she can t speak to me about Roxy but there is nothing to worry about. This really upset me but again Dr. Palmer was great and I look forward to working with her more, just wish the other vets or staff were more helpful.

Everyone at Frontier is very nice and helpful. I do feel like it does take a long time at the front desk. I feel like now that we pay in our exam rooms it is much faster but when I drop by to pick up a prescription it takes forever to check out. It would be nice if they had a person they could call for help when they got backed up.

The staff and doctors at Frontier are unfailingly fantastic. I wish I liked my own doctor as much as I like the doctors at Frontier.

Frontier has an amazing staff and an astounding array of equipment. It s got to be one of the most expensive practices to bring your animal for care though. I ve been struggling with continuing to pay the high prices vs finding another vet to care for my pet. I love my veterinarian, but I don t know that I can continue to pay the prices there. I am also uncomfortable with the blanket policy of muzzling all pets for vaccinations and blood draws and taking them out of the room, from the comfort of their guardian/owner. This practice seems to have made my pet even more uncomfortable when visiting Frontier. I wish personality of the animal could be taken into account. I do recommend Frontier to family and friends, but I also let them know that it is extremely expensive.

This is a very nice ad friendly vet but so expensive. My last vet was much cheeper for the same lab work and visit. I wish I could stay with frontier but I may need to find some place more affordable.
