Frontier is the best! We can always count on them for timely appointments - even when unplanned - and they show genuine care for our pets!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Kitty is already getting better after taking his medication. He is looking forward to a visit to the Kitty Thunderdome outside Sara s office.

I have used you for boarding only. While I have no reason to believe my dog was not well cared for, I did ask for two exercise/play sessions, a special treat be given, and a photo sent to me. None of these things happened. I was told staff were “too busy.” Please don’t offer the services if staff are unable to fulfill them. Thank you

Frontier Customer Service is the Best!!! Is always a pleasure to see Dr Yung and the Staff :-)

The staff was very helpful the next day when my cat wasn’t eating and was lethargic. Someone returned my phone call quickly after talking to a tech and then two techs called me during the day to check on her. I appreciated their concern and ideas to get her to eat.

We have been clients(cat patients) for ten years. Love the caring, compassionate doctors, techs and all the staff. We only have our Winkie now, and she is well taken care of by Frontier. Thank you Frontier??????

I felt that the doctor we saw was very passive and didn’t really have the answers to the questions we had. As well as it seemed like he didn’t care very much and had no enthusiasm to be doing the job.

There was miscommunication and confusion around what was included in payment for our recent appointment. It has since been resolved thanks to Maddi s initial support and a conversation with Missie. I would just recommend either - emailing health plan options in advance of check up appts if the client will be making those decisions at the meeting. Or at minimum ensuring all relevant brochures are available in the room. We are almost always placed in the last room in the hall, by the restroom, and there has not once in the last year been a Dog Whole Health Plan brochures (lots of cat ones). So we relied on verbal discussion of the options, leading to misunderstanding and missing information. It would have been much appreciated to be given the opportunity to review all relevant materials at or prior to the appt. Otherwise, as always the staff is great and we love the support, freindliness, care and help of Dr. Peterson and the techs and desk staff. Medically we were satisfied and the appt was great, just the communication around plans and payment.
