I recently wanted to bring my Cavalier, Molly, in for a rabies vaccination. She had been seen previously a few times by Dr. Palmer. I was told by your Office Manager that I could not bring her in for the rabies vaccination unless she had an exam ($59.) I don t agree with this policy. Molly was not ill -just in need of a rabies vaccination. I really like Dr. Palmer, but was forced to take Molly elswwhere for her rabies vaccination.

Stephanie was amazing with Bear! She found a way to hold onto his back leg firmly to ensure he didn t shake or sit down while the second vet tech drew his blood. This lab work was super fast and efficient. I really appreciate the individual care and attention that everyone at Frontier gives Bear. This was his second blood draw without acepromazine! He is learning to enjoy his trips to your office....and the ice cream cone helps too. :-)

This was an awesome experience for my babies and myself. All staff both office staff and veterinarians and vet techs were so knowledgeable and they really showed how they cared about animals. My 3 kitties were originally feral kitties and so they can be a little skittish at times. They were all very calm and think they actually somewhat liked their visits! Cats can sense if people are caring and I certainly see that caring in this whole office! Jasper. We love the Frontier staff and can t imagine not taking our pets to Dr. Yung. My only complaint might be that it seems a bit pricey, but we love Frontier and the care they take of our cats.

I usually see Dr.Marcus and Dr Beedle is always my back up.. We saw Dr King who was working when we needed her, she was amazing.. now we have a 3rd backup!!! Thank you Dr King .

I really appreciated the front staff coming to my car to get my cat carrier out. Due to my injuries, it is VERY hard for me. Then she offered to take himbick out to my car when we were done.

Dr Yung is amazingly talented. Thank you for making Riki’s life even better.

I was able to get an appointment the day I called and everyone was super nice. They took great care of my pet and me. Also the bill was reasonable. I will requirement Frontier.

Everyone was polite, courteous and professional. The evening hours make Frontier convenient for emergencies and busy work schedules.

I have been bringing my beloved pets to Frontier for over 20 years. The staff has always been warm and caring and make us feel like family. I have the utmost respect and confidence in the knowledge and capabilities of the vets/staff. I would never even consider going anywhere else :)

I have had approximately a dozen dogs in my lifetime. My current dog is the only one who gets so excited when we go to the vet that she pulls me to go in. ??

We were hardly welcomed into the hospital. The reception staff talked about debts owed by clients the entire time I was waiting for our appointment. My dogs breed is very sensitive and when the doc walked in she swong the door open so fast my dog freaked. The doc hardly seemed to know how to give an exam. We weighed my dog but the vet never actually wrote it down and asked me later on in the appointment if I knew her weight. The exam was so fast it couldn’t of taken more than 3 minuets. I asked about her ear possibly being infected and was told that it would ‘probably cost a lot of money’ and pressured out of getting any testing. I was told to just wait and monitor her infection myself. And that it was my fault that my dogs ear looked the way it did because I was too rough when cleaning her ears. She’s seven years old I think I know how to properly clean her ears by now. The ear is clearly infected. You can plainly see the infection and it in fact had a pungent odor. The tech also decided to mussel my dog before giving her the shots. My dog has never been aggressive nor has had any history of biting whatsoever. I thought it was cruel and inappropriate to have her musseled. It really seems like the bedside manner of your vets and employees needs improvement. In fact most of the visit it seemed everyone I came in contact with was more interested in the monitory gain than the wellbeing of my sweet dogo. Doubtful we will ever be returning.

Brought my Green Cheek Conure in for her first visit. Loved the staff and the Hospital. Will be back for sure with our other pets.

I am so happy to have found Frontier and trust that my animals are in capable, knowledgeable hands. The only reason I would go elsewhere is if Frontier was unavailable for an emergency situation. The front desk, vet techs, and Dr Peterson are always pleasant and welcoming. This office really loves all animals and it shows. Amazing communication and customer service always.

Dr. Hunt was too much of a salesman. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into paying for more than what I originally came in for.

I was asked to wait in the room for a receptionist to come check me out and 10 minutes later...no one! I finally went out and asked to be helped. They didn t even know I was there and apologized.

The program did not work for me.

Dr. Young and staff were great with my old girl and all her problems. Wish we would have started here sooner.

The med assistants need to learn the difference b/n liters and ozs. When demoing the drops for our bird, they squirted her face. So not impressed with the assistants.
