I brought in a very stressed little Chihuahua. Dr. Tolson’s calm manner and gentle voice seemed to help him not feel so afraid and she was able to do a limited exam on him while I comforted him. In 10 years no Dr. has achieved this without my frightened little guy trying to nip them. Needless to say I was very pleased. Thank you Dr. Tolson and the rest of the staff who helped us that day.

Not only that, the results were good news!

I was very grateful that Frontier saw my dog on such short notice. All the staff was kind and professional. Just one suggestion...you ought to perhaps consider a weight scale closer to or at floor level. As my dog is 95 lbs, it was rather awkward to get him weighed. Had to help Dr. Hunt get him up on the scale.

Everyone was friendly and very professional and caring.

The doctor was very helpful and offered suggestions on how to improve my dog s skin. The coughing is almost gone too.

The only suggestion I have is the wait time. While we get into a room.and see the vet in a timely manner. It seems once the vet leaves we wait forever the for a vet tech to come get our pet..pets.. This time it was 15 to 20 minutes..which is too long especially when we had a scheduled appointment.. thanka

First time meeting Dr. Beedle. She was as awesome as the other vets I ve worked with at Frontier.

Didn’t like getting voicemail machine (multiple times) when I called. Besides that though, the vet, the building and the office staff exceeded my expectations. And I am a multi pet family with experience at many vet practices. Nice job

We always trust coming here with our pups. I will say some of the new staff that are front desk are not warm and welcoming. One even rolled her eyes me when I asked to pay for our visit while we waited for our pups to get vaccinated. Need a refresher on customer service

We saw Dr Peterson who s not our regular Dr. I appreciate her taking the time to review Tristan s medical records ahead of our visit so she knew about his shyness/fear with exams, and all possibly relevant past medical issues. She was very kind and made Tristan comfortable (for him) with exam. Thank you!

This is my first visit to Frontier and I was impressed by the time that the doctor spent explaining things, the thorough examination and no pressure to do all the possible testing. I think the pricing is a little high but otherwise, I was happy

We transferred from another vet because the service went downhill. We were very happy with our first visit here!

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff! We brought in our new puppy for a first exam here because the vet we were planning to see had a much longer wait for appointments. We had a great experience here, so we decided to cancel our appointments with the other vet office and make this our place. Thanks for the warm welcome and informative discussions!
