Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is to tell the client there will be a charge for collecting urine with ultrasound. I would have been happy to take her outside and collect it myself.

It would be nice if the Clinic would give a discount to others that work in the field of vet care. I work at a clinic that does not see birds so I have to go somewhere else for care.

I tried to book online but was unable to book a same day appointment. Called and was able to get in.

It was our first visit and everyone was so wonderful and welcoming!

Dr. Marcus was friendly and very focused on my dog. She made her feel comfortable and at ease, which I appreciate because Luna can get anxious in unfamiliar settings.

The floorplan was great along with the amazing staff. I especially liked how the waiting room is set up to where you have doors you can close and let your fur baby walk around. I have never seen this type of set up before. I got a great vibe walking in for our first visit. So thankful Frontier Veterinary Hospital is in the community. I m truly grateful for the impeccable service we received.

Although the person at the front desk was on the phone, she did not indicate that we were there waiting several minutes while she carried on a conversation. She could have at least acknowledged our presence before continuing her lengthy phone call.

All of our questions were answered and the vet gave us sound advice. We felt much better after our old dog s check-up.

I actually changed from my old vet, which was very close to my house, to Frontier that is a bit of a drive. However my first visit with my bird I knew it was worth the drive. I have had a few emergency calls and they are always so welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend these guys!
