Maybe a little more aggressive cleaning would be a good idea. Moving the larger furniture and cleaning under once a month is my suggestion. There evidently was something under the small sofa and Karis could smell it. He kept trying to crawl under it.

Frontier is the only vet office we have been to where my dog isn t afraid. The staff really makes her feel comfortable and she is free to be her sweet little self.

Loved the time Dr Tolson was patient in explaining to us what Kennel Cough actually was and advised us on treatment options for Ruff (whom we’ve now officially adopted and named Bronco!)

Frontier always offers a 5 star experience. Staff are friendly and true pet lovers. My dog actually looks forward to her visits as she is treated like everybody s best friend. Thank you Frontier and Dr. Beadle!

I have been bringing my elder cat to Frontier for the last couple of years. I love everyone there and the vets are superb. It is evident how much they care and will do everything to make you and your animal comfortable and happy. They explain things. They spend time with you and you never feel like an intrusion or they need to get to the next patient. Great place! It is the only place I would ever take an animal of mine.

I had a wonderful experience. My cat had not been to the vet since he was 3 weeks old, almost a year ago! He was pretty stressed, and our vet explained that his excessive shedding and facial sweating was just a sign of that. She was gentle and calm with him, and he didnt seem to get freaked out about her touching him or picking him up. He wont even let the people we live with pet him! Wonderful staff. 10/10 we will continue to visit this clinic.

It seems like the last couple appointments take such a long time. There was an emergency in another room that the vet had to keep leaving to tend to. Is there really only one doctor to help? I know it sounds a bit insensitive but I missed another appointment because my vet appointment took so long. It wasn’t just this appointment otherwise I would’ve thought it was due to the other animal emergency. I have an anxious dog and he just doesn’t like to be there for long periods of time. That is my biggest complaint otherwise you guys are wonderful.

Dr. Palmer took the time to show me how to clean my cat s ears. This was much appreciated. She also demonstrates real concern for the pets in her care. That s why I feel confident in scheduling all my pets appointments with her, even if it means delaying a non-emergency appointment.

We were there when another family had to say goodbye to their fur baby. It was very considerate and moving to see the ritual of the candle and sign. Thank you for caring so much. We hope we don’t have to be the family that needs that, but we love so much that you care. You were also very good with our Babycat and she was still as happy after her blood draw as before when we got her back. Thank you for having such a caring team.
