Hope the online issues and phone issues get resolved. Phone: pressing the numbers doesn’t work to connect to anyone or anything. Welcome message loops. Online: not able to connect to a server. Not my end as I’m able to connect to all other URL’s I’ve tried.

I would like to have a copy of my records. It seems like my dog got the same vaccine last time. I don t have a copy of the last visit to compare. It will be nice to meet in person as I have not met anyone.

I am so grateful to have found this amazing clinic for my cats forever care!! Such wonderful Doctor’s and I feel safe and confident that Charlie my cat will always get the best care out there.

I absolutely LOVE Frontier. Everyone is incredibly helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable. My cat was able to be accommodated quickly and the care he received was not only excellent, it was professional and expedient. It s very obvious how much everyone who works for Frontier loves animals, I feel so confident that they love my kitty as much as I do!

I was just picking up medications and had over a 10 minute wait after the staff acknowledged my initial text. This should be a much quicker experience.

I d been with another local vet for 30 years... never have I gotten the after appointment emails with all the information we talked about during the appointment. It s so much easier to remember all the information when I have a comprehensive break down! Thank you!

I took my dog in for a wellness appointment June 10th 2021 and haven t received the results of her check up yet. Usually it is in my email on the same day as the visit.

Dr.Marcus gave me good suggestions and answered all my questions. She and all the staff were very helpful. I m looking forward to the day we can attend apts.

I had indicated on the mandatory curbside application what the purpose of my visit was. One of the things that I requested (in addition to the medical reasons for my visit) was that I wanted her nails trimmed. I assumed this happened but when we got home I noticed her nails were not trimmed. Otherwise, I am always very satisfied with Frontier vets and staff.

Dr. Hoppe was great! Our dog has some unique special needs and she got right up to speed. Overall we have been very impressed and satisfied with how efficient the curbside service has been.

Make the online appointment searchable by vet. I am only willing to have 1 or 2 of your vets care for my dog.

This was my first time taking my new puppy to the vet. The staff were very nice, the new process of curb drop-off was well organized. The doctor took the time over the phone to answer all my puppy question s and let me know how Ellie s wellness check went.

More telephone communication. E-mail is fine, but a bit limited for me. I m nervous about my ability to give Zeke the care he needs.

Dr Beadle and her team was amazing with Max. We were so a happy with the procedure and feel confident whenever we leave Max in their care.
