You gave our dog a bunch of vaccines she didn’t need without any explanation beyond “she’s overdue”. She was overdue because they were non core vaccines and unnecessary.

We have been patients for years and noticed that the quality of reception personnel is declining. I know times are stressful for the past two years, I work at OHSU in patient care, and we all feel it but it extends beyond that. There is a true lack of friendliness and sometimes they don’t even look up from the computer screen to acknowledge or speak with you. My hope is that you can find people like Maddie who used to work the front desk. Knowledgeable, professional, and most of welcoming warm. We honestly have considered leaving the practice due to front desk staffing but our hopes are not to leave the wonderful care we get from Dr. Katie Marcus.

Everyone at Frontier is so friendly, caring and great to work with! I appreciate the great care you give our pets so much. I haven’t had a veterinarian, tech or support person yet who wasn’t knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Can’t think of anything I would want changed!

From the front desk staff to the techs and vets, PJ has always received top dog care. ?? We really appreciate everyone at Frontier. Thank you for taking such good care of our doggie.

Awesome staff and facilities

I tried to hit excellent on all the relevant questions but I don t think it registered.

I think we have it all sorted out now but our first visit with our new dogs I expected a more thorough examination since they are new to the system. For example, when I change my general practitioner the first appointment takes longer than just a check up. The staff was really friendly and we felt welcomed. I just expected a bit more clear communication on what was going on. I partly take fault for having different expectations.

My Husband and I have been very pleased with excellent medical attention given to our little Dachshund on many occasions. We and our beautiful Furbaby have all been given great respect and empathy from all the Veterinarians and staff at Frontier. We want to thank you all for this????

Had to wait about 20 mins for someone to come in and process payment. Finally went to front desk and asked for help. There must be a better way to coordinate payment.

The waiting area is very stressful for my cat, since it is often noisy and full of dogs. A quiet place to wait for the room to be ready would be great, or at least separate areas for cats and dogs.

I would suggest letting pet parents know of side effects of vaccines and blood draw tenderness. It was concerning when our cat was acting strange and in pain the day after our appointment and we didn t know if it normal or not. If it was conveyed in an email or receipt, I did not see it. Perhaps tell techs to remind us about side effects before leaving.

I was giving a 9 o clock emergency appointment, waited a half hour for the vet to come in the room, then we waited, and waited, waited for whomever to take blood from our cat, we were there two hours, charged 110.00 for a fit in appointment, which is a rip off, other vets who do fit in appointments only charge you their regular office visit. Must not want fit in appointments so you charge 110 in hopes no one will ask for a fit in appointment. it s a shame how vets take advantage of people, I understand you have bills, you still don t need to rip people off,when a vet in Denver charges reasonable fees on everything and still can support his whole family, all vets should be able to do the same. I doubt we will be back.

I like Frontier s website design and online appointment system. Email communications are always very helpful. I’ve only started coming to Frontier during curbside. The first indoor visit was a great experience.

it was so nice to meet Dr. Beedle. Our entire visit was very pleasant. Everyone was warm and welcoming and it was really nice to come into the building and to talk face to face with staff. Thank you all for the excellent care! Cindy and Misu
