I have always felt that my pets were loved by everyone at your place. That includes the difficult ones like Juliet.

We have had consistent, loving, and excellent care for all of our pets over the last 20 or more years. Whether giving a new pet their first physical, diagnosing worrisome symptoms and finding the be options for treatment, or helping us discern when it is time to release a dearly beloved pet suffering from cancer or some other incurable disease from their pain, these doctors and their assistants give pets and their people support and the best care possible. I have recommended them many times to friends and family members with new pets or who are looking for new vets who truly love animals and are willing to work with them with patience and a gentle hand. This is a very good vet to take our pet to.

The staff is amazing and knows my dog by name. He is always super excited to go to the vet and the staff treat him so well. The doctors take the time to explain everything to you and go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the best care possible. All of that comes at incredibly reasonable prices. I really could not ask for a better vet.

My dog was in distress, coughing and labored breathing. Dr. Prescott squeezed him in to the schedule. The office staff kept me updated frequently. Can t say enough about their concern and care.

We are new to the Waveland neighborhood, and we couldn t be happier about the care our two dogs received from Heartland. Not only did we get one follow-up call to see how Katie and Ivy were doing, we got two! The doctor and assistants were professional at all times, and made our two dogs feel right at home while they were at the vet. Great job Heartland! And thanks for welcoming us so well to the neighborhood.

My previous vet was not very trustworthy to me and I feel like all they wanted was to take my money. When I was fed up I was frantic and emotional because I was worried about my dog and the lady on the call was so nice and so patient and understanding. She got me in as soon as possible and I had my first appointment where Dr. Seagle was just amazing in answering questions and explaining things to me. she even sent me a report at the end of the day of everything we talked about and I absolutely LOVE that. That was the best thing because sometimes when at the moment I think I ll remember everything and then it just doesn t work that way. Then Dr. Culver took over for exams and x rays and was just as awesome! And they were so helpful with a payment plan that relieved so much of my stress and just really showed me that their first priority is the health of the animal. I love heartland and I am so glad I chose them to take care of my baby. You guys are doing great and I m so thankful for your help.

Overall we had a great experience. The only thing I d mention is i had to call back multiple times when we were waiting for curbside service. Otherwise we had an awesome experience.

We continue to value our vet and the support staff at the clinic. They have made the curbside option run really smooth during covid! I also always appreciate the extra time Dr Culver takes to share data and information, his opinion about vaccines and things we see in the news. He is discerning and wise and I always feel he has the best in mind for our pup - he really cares!
