Wonderful staff

I have been coming to Heartland for over 10 years and i couldn t imagine not having their team care for my pets.

The Heartland Animal Hospital team has been providing veterinary care for my pets I believe since its inception. I continue to very satisfied with the competent and compassionate care provided by all members of the team, from nail trims to wellness visits to sick calls to end of life care. I recommend this veterinary practice absolutely without reservation.

Dr. Culver is a wonderful veterinary doctor. He takes the time to go over our dogs issues and provides expert advice and recommendations. We appreciate everything he has done to keep our dog safe and healthy.

I am skeptical of curbside service but the process at Heartland Animal Hospital runs very smoothly and they take the time before and after the appointment for information gathering and asking questions. I appreciate all they do for my boys!

I needed help with my sick ferret even though I was moving the next day and gosh darn it I got it.

My only complaint is that my cat needed x-rays, and I was told it would take 20 minutes. I finally got a call 45 minutes later (and the vet did apologize for the wait), but that was 25 minutes that I was out in my car wondering what was going on and worrying. A quick call around the 20 minute mark to let me know that everything was fine, there was just a delay, and giving me a new time estimate would have been very appreciated. Other than that, the whole staff was very kind and very good at their jobs! Thank you!
