A big thank you to the Heartland team! We recently relocated from NJ with our five cats. After extensive research for a veterinarian hospital, Heartland came out on top…and we could not be happier. Melissa was outstanding with listing to our needs and for providing compassionate care for our cats. Kudos to DR Siegel for helping us with our cats Lily and Isabelle. Lily is an asthmatic nine-year-old cat who needed dental surgery. Dr Siegel explained the surgery, answered our questions which put us at ease. She took time out of her busy schedule (on a weekend) to e-mail us with test results and follow-up with a phone call on Monday. After the surgery Dr Edel called to explain how the procedure went and reviewed the next steps for Lily’s recovery. Melissa, Dr Siegel, Dr Edel are truly caring, knowledgeable, and engaging.
