Every aspect of setting an appointment, waiting time, staff was excellent!!

I like the hospital and really like Dr. Prosser, but apparently he wasn t informed of my appointment. I was in the examination room with my cat for quite some time until Dr. Prosser came along and said that no one told him I was there. To me, that speaks disorganization and lack of communication. But as I said, I like Dr. Prosser, and this one issue can be easily resolved and does not reflect poorly on Dr. Prosser.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Prosser and Dr Meyer are both excellent. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

You can tell everyone that works at Clear Lakes Animal Wellness see a pet, a family member and not just another anmimal.

You never briefed me on Dwane. You got involved with another pet and left me hanging. Please forward your findings on Dwanes eyesight. Thank you

We had an exceptional experience. We were travelling from VA and our dog seemed to have a seizure in the call. We were lucky enough to be very close to Clear Lakes so we stopped and they took out precious Rudy right back to see the Dr. Luckily everything turned out well. We can t thank Clear Lakes enough for taking us in so fast and giving us peace of mind.
