Always a friendly staff!! Always accommodating.

I love this veterinarian office! I’ve been taking my cats there for probably 30 years. Dr. Meier has been the caretaker of my cats the entire time. Everyone in the office is exceptional - especially Jen!!! I’ll continue to stay with this practice as long as I have pets. Sorry Cuddles is such a bad girl there!!??????

I just felt my time spent with Dr. Meier was too short and quick. But there was nothing else we needed to discuss so it s not a complaint; just an observation. She has been my vet forever and I do enjoy talking with her.

Dr. Prosser is great. He got us in on an emergency call within an hour. We highly recommend him. Very caring and explained everything so we could understand and gave lots of options for our dog.

We are very happy with the office and all of the staff have been wonderful.

Clear Lakes Animal Wellness staff is the BEST!

I received a $500+ bill and no pricing was given to me to ahead of time nor was there any pro/con of the exams and stuff being offered. I can appreciate the thoroughness but it left a bad taste in my mouth, with it being just past the holidays that was money I did NOT have. Dr. Prosser is very good at discussing pricing during the visit and giving you options so you’re not hurting yourself financially if it’s not truly necessary, Dr. Mierer was very nice but she should also take this approach. I can’t image what someone on a set income would have done yesterday, a sick visit shouldn’t cost more than a spay/neuter surgery and certainly not without any warning.

My vet appointment was the best visit yet. It was quick and easy. As soon as we arrived we were given a room. This helped my dog who normally is very anxious and wines a lot. She was given 2 shots and a physical and we were out of there within 20 minutes.

It s always a wonderful experience for our little dog Ellie..and for me as well. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly ...and Dr. Meier and Dr. Prosser are the absolute best!! They are so caring and always take the time to listen to your concerns. So many of my friends and family have switch to Clear Lakes Animal Wellness and they are just as thrilled with them as I am.
