Office facilities always clean ...but I can t rate #6 because of the COVID-19, only patients allowed in but I m sure it is very clean as always. I appreciate the fact that Clear Lakes is still open and even more so that they are taking all the precautions necessary to be able to see Morrie and still making sure no-one gets or passes on the virus. Thank you Clear Lakes Staff.

It was a great pleasure to speak with Dr. Meier. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and her assistant Jen was very sweet as well. Jen greeted us and took our puppies into the office to be examined. During this Covid-19 all safety measures were taken and the appointment was on time and everything went very smooth. When the exams were done, I had the pleasure of speaking with Fran who is just the sweetest!! I was very pleased????. I rate my visit 5 Stars in all categories. Thank you all very much!!

Adam sends a BIG HUG to Dr Meier because she took out his tooth and he didn t have to stay and have surgery. Adam would have sent his own message but he was awful tired when he got home from the stress I put him through. He can now eat better. Doctor, thank you for getting to him so quickly. I have been coming here for 21 + years with pets from guinea pigs to hamsters cats and dogs . You all have seen them from beginning to end and we adore all of the staff although we and the pets do have our favorites because we’ve raised and shared bonds .... we would never leave this practice as we have always been satisfied more than words could express and now our new puppies will and have come to know and love you all . The care and compassion exceeds any veterinary office we’ve ever been to .
