We really like taking our Bernese Mountain Dogs to you. We have always been please with the service, especially since our dogs tend to have unique health issues. We like the personal attention and your friendly staff. We have recommended your practice to other people. Our first breeder, from Virginia, recommended your veterinarian practice!!!

The front desk lady(Fran) is mean, rough and seems angry. Please consider changing her. The rest of the staff including the doctors are always great. She has always been a little rough but during my last app., I think because of covid they weren’t allowing people in the lobby(I had no idea about this). When I went in, she almost ate me alive, even though I was wearing a mask she treated me like I had ebola and yellow fever together... Mean lady... Always leave a sour taste in my mouth... if ir was not for get this place would be 100%

I was not made aware that I had to call when I arrived at the Vet s so someone could come and get my dog. One of the techs was outside so she took the dog inside. Can t wait until things get back to somewhat normal!

I miss the face-to-face interaction and hope this comes back soon. Having to wait in the parking lot and then not being inside with my dog was a little annoying, though I know this is not in Clear Lake s control. Other than that, I love this place!
