As usual, everyone is phenomenal!!!

I’ve been there over 20 yrs and while most staff is my favorite .... feeling like we are a bother when calling the office .. or being told you’re booking out a week but not being offered an appointment for the week following that is “ booked ahead “ is not very professional . While I adore most of the staff I have seen a little less friendliness and was once told I don’t always get the tech of choice . If this were true I could easily go to Petsmart . Ii realize these are tough times but we must not forget why most of us still come to a private practice . It’s the extra personal care ans family feeling we once had . I also feel that’s it’s time like other practices to allow one family member in to see the doctor we are trusting with our fur babies

Due to COVID precautions did not come into the facility. I was very happy with the care my cat received

Awesome clinic. I came for an urgent care visit and everyone that I spoke to was very kind, helpful and patient when answering my concerns. The appointment was also very fast. At the end of the appointment the doctor explained in detail what she did and her findings. I was really blown away. It is a little far of a drive, but I am considering making this my permanent vet clinic now

Everyone is always so pleasant. The doctors have been so informative explaining everything and taking the time to make sure that all of our concerns are covered. Couldn’t ask for better care! Thank you.

I brought my daughter s cat into the clinic to be seen for a mass between her shoulders. I was charged $200 for the x-ray and another $200 for the consultation. I still have not received a call from the second radiologist the veterinarian advised me he would contact regarding what next steps should be taken. I should have been advised of the cost prior to the service being rendered. I will ask for pricing prior to any of my pets being seen by your (or any other) facility.

It was a great experience. Dr Prosser was very through with our dogs and explained everything to us. Emily was wonderful as well. So glad we made the transition to this practice, they made us feel very comfortable along with our dogs.

This was only my second time here but I cannot say enough how wonderful all the staff has been. They are always able to work with my schedule and still able to get us seen in a reasonable timeframe. They also must have made a note that my dog doesn’t do well with other dogs and gets very anxious and therefore accommodate accordingly. Last time we were there they waited a few extra minutes after our appointment time to be able to finish up with some other dogs to better make my dog feel as comfortable as possible. They also give thorough explanations of the diagnoses and treatment without having to be asked and without making me feel like I am inconveniencing or annoying them - these were all issues with our last vet office!

I would like to thank the doctors and staff for their wonderful treatment for my Sadie Girl. You folks are the best and we can t thank you enough!!!

I was a first time client and I am so impressed with the care we received from staff and Dr. Meier. We were pretty nervous about our little, Angel and her clear, decisive explanation and demeanor put us right at ease. I have to say the medication showed improvement in 12 hours and now I have my pooch almost back to normal. I will recommend to anyone I know to first try your office if their normal vet cannot help. Thank God for you all.

I was hoping what we discussed on the phone would have been written on a piece of paper. I forgot a lot of what I was told.

Everything was ok....just seemed like we waited a long time to get seen.

I understand the situation but I have a dog that I would not let go in without me he is not a real friendly dog to people or other animals. He is also a rescue and had been misused. He is about 12 we think how would that be handled. Luckely he has not needed a vet lately

I had my first visit this week and was very pleased with the friendliness of staff and patience with the vet on the phone answering my questions.

Maddie Loves You and so do her Mom and Dad. Thank You !!!!! She felt MUCH BETTER by the next day.

I just have a question--what did you put on Princess s back of her neck?? And I always put her Revolution on her the 1st of every month....will it be safe for me to do this?? Thank you. She has been her normal self.....running around and playful. <3

I would like to suggest that you have a water bowl or two outside for pets that are waiting to be seen. Otherwise the process was very smooth and honestly when the weather is good waiting outside might even be preferable.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Clear Lakes’ Dr and Staff! They got me an appointment so quickly and everyone was so kind and Dr. Meier was calm, kind, caring and informative. Exceeded my expectations during a scare with my kitty. I will be returning here forever with my Hyphy!! Thank you Dr. Meier and staff!! What a gem of a vet!

Loved Dr Prosser!

My only complaint is that I think your prices are a little on the high side. I was charged 16.00 for nail cutting when I thought it was only 10.00 if we were there for other services. Other than that everyone is friendly and kind and Dunkin is less stressed.

Thank you all so much with our girl Tiffanies needs at her departing us, and now with Samson’s failing health we are so greatful to all involved, a great staff and great doctors thank you all very much for the care for our fur kids over the years

This was a great experience for myself and dog. My dog gets so scared and snarls which makes me panic!! Dr Prosser didn’t force my dog and came up with a plan to make his next visit a pleasure!!
