The staff is great dr Meier is absolutely fantastic would recommend her to anyone

I know you are still following CDC guidelines.. but maybe starting to allow vaccinated pet owners in with pets!? Depending on the appointment and situation!? I know I would be happy to show proof of my vaccination to be allowed to be with my pet during their visit with you. And it only a suggestion of course. You ALL do an amazing job. Your team makes me feels confident and comfortable with the treatment my pets have and are receiving. I travel from the Onondaga hill area to come to Clear Lakes! Everyone there loves their job and you are all compassionate about what you doing everyday and it shows! So THANK YOU, for all you do.

Hi~ I answered questions 1-5 with all 5 stars. I was so happy Clear Lakes was able to accommodate Gracie as a new patient so quickly. The Staff member who greeted us was very friendly and a good listener to my concerns for Gracie. I was very impressed that the Veterinarian called me twice during the visit. The first time to explain what she would be doing and the second time to share what had been done and how Gracie was doing. I felt I was an active part of the visit as I sat in my car. When everything was completed Gracie was carried out and handed to me. I cannot express into words how pleased I was. I went home and called two of my friends to share what a nice experience it was at Clear Lakes. Clear Lakes was so refreshing and stress free. Gracie has a brother and a sister. When they need care I will definitely have them seen by Clear Lakes!!! THANK YOU! Joanne

Staff was very patient with our questions and took the time to answer them completely. Due to COVID and compliance with state guidelines we did not enter the facility.
